Nothing special and not value for money. Too much Bbq sauce that my bun was soggy and contents sliding out when I tried to eat it. Sweet potato fries tasteless and for £6 a plate of luke warm Salt n Pepper chips is a rip-off. Won't be returning. I'll stick to Five Guys!

Come here today for some food with my friend and the staff behind the counter where so unhelpful and rude.Was sent to the bar then told can order online but I wouldn’t because it’s a 45 min wait. The pace had literally 10 people in total in. The staff member behind the counter seemed like he just wanted us to leaveI also asked Another member if staff for some help but she just walked off.Upset because I visit the butcher in amsterdam a lot due when visiting family and my initial experience I’ve had here was terrible.

I was a little disappointed of the food. The burger bun was burnt black on the inside and the Mozarella Sticks were missing the cheese, probably leaked out to the fryer. The sweet potato fries were ok.

We visited for a 50th birthday celebration. The food was great, and the burgers are fantastic!! The whole experience in The Butcher and Urban Playground was fab, we will definitely book again.

I came from Mexico to Manchester to visit family and especially went out of my way to try this place after hearing such great things. The burger was juicy and not overcooked (like most places), the fries were nicely seasoned and I absolutely love the chicken bites. The guy (I think running the kitchen) with ginger hair and glasses was super friendly and helpful when I had questions about the food regarding my allergies. He made me feel confident in the order I placed when usually when I go out to eat, it is a massive concern

What an amazing experience, we came in to play the mini golf. Then we grabbed some food from the butcher, I had the daddy burger and that suited me fine. Juicy well cooked burger. The staff were so friendly we will be back.Kid-friendliness: Kids had a great time

Ordered 2 ‘Daddy’ burgers, fries and a banana milkshake. Absolutely delicious, huge, juicy burger - that is only for customers who truly appreciate what a real burger should taste like!! Not your high street rubbish plastic tasting burger bap either. Excellent flavour all round, fresh ingredients and amazing sauce to top it off.The milkshake was also outstanding & great to see a whole banana used for an authentic flavour not out of a bottle.Service was quick and kept informed of when it was ready on screen.Staff very friendly & professional, highly recommended, definitely be back!!

The burgers actually look like the pictures and are tasty as, one of the best iv had. Chips are thick and very well salted, hot and fresh, mozerella sticks are delicious. We played the cube and got 20% off. Staff really friendly had a great few hours here.*edit after placing review above. My husband ended up ill and throwing up after eating here, stars dropped*

We went to The Butcher on Saturday 10th June and was disappointed with the whole meal.Me and my 4 friends ordered 1 Codfather and 3 Silence of the Lamb Burgers (1 Friend ordered Five Guys because they knew the place was going to be bad)Let me start by saying, their food is awful. We waited nearly 30mins for our meals and they all tasted overdone. The lamb was burnt and rubbery and the Codfather, don’t even get me started, tasted bland and like a veggie burger, I doubt they used real Cod and was just some ASDA Fish BurgerOverall I would just not recommend it. Prices were horrendous for the service, food and atmosphere. It was boiling hot in there, food was bland, service was awful and overall just a bad place to eat. Would recommend somewhere like Honest Burger instead

Hello, I am one of the 5 that came to this horrendous restaurant.We went to The Butcher on Saturday 10th June and was disappointed with the whole meal.Me and my 4 friends ordered 1 Codfather and 3 Silence of the Lamb Burgers (1 Friend ordered Five Guys because they knew the place was going to be bad)I ordered the “Silence of the Lamb” and Lord was it bad, meat was bland with absolutely no flavour to it, it was overdone and it took around 30 minutes to get the food. They left my drink on the counter under the lamp, therefore I received a lukewarm drink with my dry meal. Overall one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to.
