Had a takeaway from here, cod fish bites, calamari, and chips. Serving was generous and fast. Fish and chips were awesome, but calamari was a little bit disappointing. It doesn't appear chewy like the calamari I used to have in the past. I would come back for the fish and chips again and try out the others, but not the calamari. Also, I love the sauces, amazing!

The was excellent; however, the overall service left much to be desired. One particular staff member, a lady, lacked professionalism as she answered a phone call right in the middle of taking our order. This led to our order being incorrect, resulting in additional wait time when we had to collect the correct order.

Ridiculous customer service. Placed an order on just eat , was told around an hour to 80 mins waiting time, to then receive a phone call 20 mins after waiting 80 mins to be told my food was being sent now.. fast forward 40 mins and I called the shop to be told it’s on the way now. No apologies or any effort to make up for a disgusting waiting time. This is not the first time I have had this problem and I will not be ordering again. For the the food that eventually turns up it is never worth the headache getting it .

Wasn't impressed staff ladies were rude put the phone down plus food was cold, and we all got food poisoning maybe because they had used same gloves for everything not once did I see them wash hands or change gloves...

We ate at their Bury New Road outlet, which is a converted double decker, and they do a variety of seafood, from fish bites, squid rings, crispy prawns and more. Absolutely loved the food with proper chips. Delicious!!!

Collected food from here four times recently and disappointed each time as the chips were always overdone, cold and stale. They have really let themselves down as I have had food from here before and it was delicious. Orders made late at night tend to be rushed and never meet the standards that they should.
