Ordered set meals B cost 27 pounds. Nan, pilabu rice, tandoori chicken, tikka, sheik kebab, lamb Rohan, butter chicken and veg gravy.Except lamb gravy all are good. I think lamb gravy old one. Nan is very soft and taste good. Sheik kebab taste was very good.Better to order individual items instead of set meal.Cash, card and NFC payment are available. Parking little trouble here and it’s a main junction.Staff are very polite and good in service.

Although the decor was not very nice the food was fantastic and the staff were really lovely. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm unsure how this restaurant is 'award winning'. I went for the first time and was really disappointed. The poppadoms were stale, I found a hair in the chutney. Some of the starters arrived cold so they took them away and when they came back, everything on the plate was piping hot, including the salad, so blatent microwave job. Long waits inbetween courses and very overpriced for what you get. The staff were friendly but I will not be returning.

The authenticity wow! The food surpassed all expectations, delivering an exceptional and genuine taste. Each dish reflected a masterful blend of flavours. A must visit for those craving an authentic and delightful meal. Will forever come back to this amazing place to eat!

A local institution. Great food.

The sauces were beautifully judged, the meats were clearly good quality, no gristle, and cooked just right.A great meal out for a treat.

ARGUABLY THE BEST PESHWARI NAN EVER !We dined at 6pm so it was still pretty quiet. We got a warm welcome, a choice of tables, our water and drinks arrived quickly, and service was generally good. Our food was freshly cooked, good portions and delicious but there was no taste or visible evidence of charcoal cooking, on the chicken and lamb tandoori. It's still worth a visit for you to try yourself, especially if you're going to order a PESHWARI ❣️

Been here for the very first time. Travelled here for an hour hoping to find a great taste of the great kathmandu. But it was totally not worth it. The staff were not welcoming and ignorant. Had poppadoms as the appetiser first, the onions as a chutney didn’t looked fresh as they tasted bitter. Ordered, chilli chicken, momo and samosa as our starter. However the portion of chilli chicken was okay, but felt like overpriced and was tasteless. Momos fillings were not properly cooked. Chopped Salad (lettuce) served with samosas were 2-3 days old for sure as it had started loosing its colour and seem unappealing. We even added a talk with waiter about the taste of the starters. The waiter said, i will ask with the chef but was unheard. Then we decided not to have our mains over there and asked for the bill. Both the manager and waiter sounded offensive. Really disappointed!!!!

Wow! The food, the food, the food...... delicious ?I highly recommend the lamb chops and the Momo.... Fish Masala, yum! Everything we had was so good. Full of flavour, textures and generous servings.

Visited for Christmas eve with my parents. The food was delicious. Especially enjoyed the lamb tikka masalla and the poppadoms. Great touch to get Christmas Cracker's and lovely to see a family run place.

First time here last night. Was on a Christmas party. Looking forward to this as had heard great things. We arrived and was taken to our table. Given menus and asked for our drinks order we we gave. Not 2 minutes after sitting down, a grumpy old waiter came over and asked what we wanted. We asked if we could have a few more minutes to choose. Literally 2 minutes later, he came back. Very rudely, without even looking at us, said we had to order now and hurry up because they were busy. Never had this attitude before in any restaurant. I didn't have any chance to look through the menu. We were all rather taken aback by his attitude. We ordered. We had to! Our drinks arrived 5 minutes later. Food arrived soon after and was very nice. I'm afraid I wouldn't come back here purely because of the unprofessional and rude service we received.

First time at the Kathmandu, very disappointed, the service was poor, waiter virtually through the food on the table. Poppadoms were paper thin, so was the nann bread, main meal was tasteless, and very small portions. Will definitely not be going
