Service was terrible... seems the staff are not bothered if you pay by card as they don't receive tips. Food has gone downhill since we last went in.

Food is good but it's Spoons so not 5 stars. Service is good, made better by ordering via the app. Atmosphere is good, and it comes more alive at night.
Staff are fine but selection of real ale on hand pump has been a massive issue for some time now. The venue is looking tired and badly in meed of improvement. This needs to be a flagship pub in a city centre and not a poor relation to say Accrington or Burnley venues.

Food good. Due to renovation in the upper bar you had to use the stairs for the toilets which was problem as I struggle with stairs and couldn't use the lift.
