waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes, multiple tables around us got served first, food wasn’t worth the wait.

The best pasta I've ever eaten. The carbonara was mind blowing - it made me think about how nice life is! Plain set up inside, outside a not hugely fancy bus stop, but food cooked with love. Lovely lovely lovely place. Could not recommend more.

The overwhelming toilet smell in the restaurant was soooo bad, we couldn't get out quickly enough. We thought that as food preparation started for our order that the cooking smells would mask the toilet smell. Wrong! There were no cooking smells and the food was cold and bland. Had to ask for salt and pepper and olive oil to improve the flavour. BUT THE TOILET SMELL......

It would have been a full 5 star, if not because of the overall smell of ammonia (presumed from the toilet) which was present throughout our dining time, even though we were sitting furthest away from the toilet. My suggestion would be to improve the ventilation. Otherwise, the pasta were impeccable!

Great authentic Italian pasta! We ordered aglio olio, the pasta with prawn (forget the exact name but it was SO GOOD!) and the lasagna which is the star of the show. The place has Italian vibes and best service, Francesco and Laura did a great job in helping us with the menu and very responsive to us.

Took about an hour for the food to come.

Waited 45 mins for our order. The carbonara was too runny and overall the portions were too small for the price. Don't think it's worth the hype ?.

We went to The Pasta Factory after seeing that they make their pasta fresh, everyday. We ordered a dish recommended by our very kind waiter, which was the RAVIOLI AL POMODORO CON CREMA DI AGLIO NERO, described as the best dish on the menu. It was actually really good! A well-composed set of flavours, which made a unique dish. The portion was really good too.We also got the burrata from the antipasti selection and, again, the portion was great and the flavours all combined very well.We are definitely going to come back to the place in the future, to try other types of pasta too.

The food was quite average. Pasta was bland. Tiramisu not soaked through so had crunchy base layer from the biscuit. Price is reasonable for quality ingredients and fair for bev’s. Service was friendly, but not worth it for the food unfortunately. Could have given more stars if there was salt/pepper/Parmesan/olive oil/balsamic at the tableVegetarian options: Good optionsDietary restrictions: Vegan options highlighted on the menu

Amazing and authentic Italian restaurant, all pasta is hand made and absolutely gorgeous! We also attended a pasta masterclass at the Pasta Factory which was really well organised, fun (thanks Julia!!), and really good value for money. We learnt how to make different types of pasta and had a delicious meal at the end. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed the pasta making class today. Very friendly and loved the options provided. Really wasn’t expecting to go to The Pasta Factory and eating 3 different types of pasta dishes (one including our own) which was lovely. Thank you!
