Lack of staff and staff training means this place really falls short of where it should be. On this occasion, the server couldn’t take a customer’s order because the server wasn’t “allergy trained” and there was no other front of house staff on at the time. It was taking ages for her to serve those in the queue as she was having to take out food and drink orders as well take new orders on the till. Customers were coming back to the till to try and get their drink orders. Feel sorry for the staff as they often look like they’re run ragged. The digital self order menus never work.The food they have on is good quality but there is little Choice in sandwiches. Especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan.

Very impressed with the restaurant hub, I was a bit confused before going up but it's just one counter where you can order from different "restaurants", and then a cafe counter next to it. There was plenty of choice, friendly service, great value and the food came out quickly and perfectly presented, piping hot and tasted great. Will definitely be returning!
