Ordered two salted carmel shake, one with whipped cream. I think they forgot to put in the flavouring. The shakes tasted much like 'nothing' special, just like vanilla ice. Not sure what that "whipped cream" was but it also was just as "vanilla" tasteless as the shake. Just get icream.

I ordered two milkshakes and the staff member who served us was very polite and patient. Our order was ready quickly and the drinks were delicious. However, I would say that the whipped cream on our milkshakes made up at least 1/4 of the drink, which became sickly. Maybe we will leave the cream out of our order next time. Overall, a good experience.

Had a shake from here last week (Thurs 23rd) and was really disappointed. I love a good milkshake and have been promising myself a shake from here for a while now but I won’t be getting one from there again. Staff are ignorant and seem like a few kids on work experience. Long wait and the shake was over-flowing out of the cup and going all over. I wouldn’t have minded if the shake was ok but it was genuinely one of, if not the, worst shakes I have had the misfortune of having. Looked nothing like the picture (was absent of a biscuit/flake on top) and was utterly tasteless. Was just like a load of melted and plain tasting melted ice cream. No biscuit pieces, hardly any sauce; basically just melted plain ice cream and a load of squirty cream on top. £7 fee adds insult to injury as that’s not cheap. I’d pay that without hesitation if it was decent but it wasn’t. I could get a better shake in my own kitchen or for half price at a local takeaway. Avoid.

been here a lot top tier place. i’ve got to recommend them. was at this place with only 3 people working and surprisingly the service was brilliant, a nice man called ‘kristian’ i believe, great speaking skills. you could tell the workers had a close friendship with brilliant communication behind the counter. a girl in the back ‘aisha’ also seems like a really positive employee even when under the stress of popular day of work. great work guys!

Absolutely disgusting. We ordered 2 crepes which took about 25 minutes because the staff is not trained properly. They were plastic… do not waste your money!

Former employee of shake lab and honestly I have never felt so supported and listened too. By the end of my time here it honestly felt like a family the management staff and my team members made this one of the best jobs I have ever had. The communication is amazing and I would not hesistate to come back again!

20 minutes wait for an ice cream cone for a 1 year old. Use your common sense next time and make the ice cream first rather than slowly doing 10 crepes.
