Uplift cafe in Stretford mall is lovely and so are the owners Paul and Georgie. I have been here for the 1st time this morning and they do a great lil menu inc healthy smoothies. Kids eat free breakfast and packed lunch during school holidays ❤️ check them out ?

Wow. Just had large coffee and cake. Absolutly delicious. Homemade, soft and rich. JUST £4.10. I never notice it before, so glad I found it. Didnt realise I was missing out. Lovely staff too. Thank you staff.

Absolutely loving Uplift Cafe. Such a great local cafe to pop into. I've just had lunch there with my husband and 2 kids and the staff couldn't be nicer. The food is fantastic, we had empty plates all round. Looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing food, kept me full on less than a tenner which is really good value for money. Great portion sizes, right temperature, cooked correctly, very filling. Can't wait to try everything on the menu.Staff are very attentive and probably the best interaction I've had in the area, with them taking interest of their customers and care.The atmosphere is great. I love the shabby-chicness of the chairs being unique and different, gives a more chilled out vibe. You can choose a softer seat or a harder one, whatever your preference is. The local art is amazing, there's something for everyone, with another wall full of really great quotes to uplift you for sure.Can't wait to come again. Warm welcome, friendly service, amazing food at perfect pricing. You won’t get a better breakfast or Sunday lunch anywhere else. Healthy options available. Vegetarian and vegan options are all delicious. I love all of the smoothies, the salads, the build your own boxes… oh on the teas and coffees are delicious too (we may have visited a few times!). I booked an afternoon tea for my mums birthday. It was nothing short of brilliant, fantastic food, amazing and very attentive service. It was so beautifully set up and amazing value for money. I have been coming here for breakfast when in Stretford for a while now but today was my husbands first time He is a keep runner and is training for his 2nd marathon later this year. He was very impressed with the menu and the variety of healthy offerings he opted for the smashed avocado with smoked salmon and a Thai banana tea and i went for the small breakfast with a cup of peppermint tea looking forward to coming again so is my husband maybe after the Stretford park run in a few weeks time
