Went here tonight with my mam for the first time what a gorgeous atmosphere with live a piano player ! Vapiano was so busy but the staff were exceptional and made me and my mam feel so comfortable and looked after an extra thank you to Babitha and Raj who looked after us tonight you were amazing ! The food was amazing we will definitely be back thank you !

I visited Vapiano recently and had mixed feelings about it. We had to wait a long time in line because it was busy, and it took at least 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The order was oddly served too, dessert came first, then drinks, and finally the main meal.The handmade pasta was sticky and didn't feel right when eating. Also, the drinks were expensive, but we got very little. This isn't the first time I've had issues here; in the past, pizzas lacked enough cheese, and this time, it was a bit burnt; we had to also ask multiple times for utensils to be given to us as they were not delivered with the main meal.Overall, Vapiano has its ups and downs. The handmade pasta is nice, but the wait times and inconsistent food quality leave much to be desired.

Delicious! Went with a friend and we both go the salmon carbonara. Loved the fact you could choose the pasta you wanted, a fun novelty. The food came out quick and very tasty. Desserts were pretty pricey so we skipped and went elsewhere where. Really lovely

I came here for the first time with a group of friends and we were sat out the back of the restaurant inside the corn exchange. The setting was really pretty and had a good atmosphere although another restaurant had lit some very strong smelling incense/candles which were very overpowering and if you are sensitive to strong smells wasn't ideal when eating a meal. The service was quite quick and staff were very welcoming, however when our food arrived I was given my friends dish by mistake as they didn't specify the pasta dish that it was. When my meal came out after a few minutes it became clear that they had given us the wrong dish and we had to persuade them to make a fresh dish for my friend as I had already started eating hers. Thankfully they didn't charge us for this. Overall the choice and quality of food was very good so I would visit again but ask to be seated inside and would make sure the dishes brought out were correct!

Poor service. No welcome on entering the restaurant. Waited over an hour for deserts that never came. Pasta was below average. Staff didn’t seem too fussed about anything. Wouldn’t go again or recommend.

Food pretty average, probably just about OK for the price although not what you'd call authentic. Garlic bread was very disappointing. Seating mainly high chairs or stools with no back support which might look trendy but makes for an uncomfortable dining experience. We'd booked a table on a Saturday evening, were slowly greeted at the entrance and told to meet a colleague upstairs who also was slow to seat us. Won't return in a hurry and regret not heading somewhere with a bit more class

Ordered starter and 1 kids meal 2 adults kids come first as he finished adults arrived then starter arrived just after mainsWhen ordering a bolognaise and was offered meat choice we asked if it came with mince he said no just sauce we chose beef being charged £3.95 extra then when came does come with mince as standardI had chicken Alfredo only having 5 small pieces and the pasta was stodgy like porridgeEating around the world in different restaurants I would expect for the cost of the food I would expect a lot better standard and taste was bland really unimpressed and would put it in a low standard of quality in foodManager nisha was fantastic in all fairness after it allWould not recommend at all plenty of better places with far better quality food

Been here a few times & this time round it was even better!! I'd recommend the Fileto di Manzo with choice of pasta as you prefer. Much better than the ones in London & Berlin from past experience... well done team ?

Very disappointed with the experience at Vapiano on Saturday 24th Feb 2024,9 of us booked to celebrate my Nephews 18th birthday and his recent acceptance to Cambridge University. Although booked in advance we were seated on a large table with bench seats, not ideal for older people, after ordering some of the meals came wrong and one not at all leaving one of the party eating alone. I had reef steak which the beef was cold.Seemed to be some confusion over the drinks when ordering, again some not served and again waiting. Really put a dampner on what should have been a great celebratation as planed.
