I had a lovely meal to take out. Staff were lovely, Danielle took the time to help go through the menu options and offer her own recommendations. Food was very nice.There was a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, I would definitely return.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free (coeliac) and this was my first time trying Wagamamas. There was a good choice and food was made by designated person to help minimise cross contamination.

Its not often you find somewhere with an offering of plant based menu items that are plentiful and just as appealing as the rest of the menu, food was spot on and reasonably priced, highlights were definitely the vegan ribs and the mixed greens ? ?Vegetarian options: Epic choice and quality!!

I’m a big fan of Wagamama usually, but this visit at the Didsbury, Manchester branch was really poor.There seemed to be a real level organisation around the overall management of orders and the customer experience.I asked for chicken gyoza’s before the main meal, that came part way through the main meal.Salad wasn’t fresh on the chicken Katsu meal and rice was dry.Coke served warm in the bottle, as apparently the fridge was broke.Server wasn’t great either not really listening to your requirements.We waited about 15 mins for the bill at the end, but I had to go pay directly at the counter due to the poor level of service waiting for the bill to arrive.My son was absolutely fed up waiting and rightly so the service was terrible.I don’t think I will be visiting this branch again.Sad given other branches have been a great experience previously.

Great food and excellent service from Indie our server. The only thing that spoilt the dining time was the really loud music. It's unnecessary especially for families who like to chat over a meal.

(ordered via Deliveroo) An expensive & disappointing mistake. All the food was stone cold when it arrived, and squid, dumplings and a rice dish cannot be easily reheated. The delivery man had dropped another order before mine (something I had forgotten Deliveroo do) which why it was all cold. In addition to this the portion of beef in the rice dish was very small, and didn't give good value for money, I won't be making this mistake again.
