Where do I start? How about a meal from hell ,if I wanted rubbery food I would have gone tyre world. Prices were mind blowingly bad. One thing they did know, was how to was use a microwave. Never again.

So… the food here is not good. We got the cassarecia pollo picante, cassarecia pesto rosso and chicken skewers + spaghetti pomodore for the child. None of us liked our food. The pastas tasted like butter and the chicken too much like chicken. Honestly, the cucumber from the child starter platter had more flavor than the pastas. Would not recommend unless you enjoy bland food that even a child finds completely tasteless. Never knew pasta could be so boring. Something like a Tesco ready meal!

We all know that the restaurants in Trafford Center will have guests any way but avoid this place please! The very welcoming and cozy place with absolutely disgusting very low quality food. That was the worst bruschetta I've been ever eat. The clay toast bread which should be crispy, just like you see on picture. Tomatos with no taste and they didn't even try add some greens on the top or any deco. The kind lady waitress but nobody bring for us the cutlers. This is the example how simple starter can be disgusting. My colleague had carbonara...no comments as well.

Always good food here, and the staff are amazing! Only one issue; dinner on Friday night - plates cold, consequently food not hot. Dinner Saturday night - plates hot, and food hot! Won't stop us coming to Zizzi again though!

I want to first start by saying the food was actually pretty good, can’t really fault that. However the service was the opposite, one starter came 15 minutes or so later than the others (after everyone else had finished) and then the same happened to the mains but not as long a wait. Didn’t get everything we had ordered but after waiting so long I couldn’t be bothered to complain, made sure it wasn’t on the bill though. Staff looked very busy but the lady on the front welcoming people needs to learn how to welcome people, sour face and a little rude. Definitely would not go back to this Zizzi again.

Have eaten at Zizi before, but this was my first time at this one at the Trafford Centre... I was out shopping with my Daughter in Law, and we stopped for lunch. We had spaghetti pomodoro and pasta della casa, both meals were lovely. I finished off with 3 scoops of salted caramel ice cream and my daughter in law had lemon and raspberry cheese cake, clean plates were handed back. All staff we encountered were pleasant, and the meals promptly delivered, all In all a very nice meal and good value for money.

My friend had a voucher that entitled her to 50% off main meals with Zizzi and she kindly offered to share this with me in the Trafford Centre. Zizzi is situated in the Orient which is a lovely eating area and for those who are not familiar with the Trafford Centre, it offers free parking here too. Lovely restaurant and very clean and modern. We received a warm welcome from the chap who was at front of house and he acknowledged my friend’s booking. My friend initially ordered lasagne but was then later told it was not available as they had run out. She subsequently chose a vegetable lasagne instead. I ordered a vegan ragu as that is a favourite dish of mine. My friend was not that impressed with the lasagne and said that there was no texture to the filling or pasta and rather than perhaps chunky vegetables and a firmer pasta it was just soft/mushy. We liked the waitress who came to us at the end of the night as she was friendly and enthusiastic and splitting the bill was no trouble to her.

Rude Manager and food not worth money paid. 2 meals 2 drinks 2 deserts £78. Very small potions and lacking flavour.

Came with my girlfriend, genuinely had a great experience at this restaurant if you are deciding where to eat in the Trafford centre honestly this is the pick of the bunch, I’m gluten free and they cater very well for myself which I appreciate as nowhere else in the Trafford is like this, all the staff were extremely nice especially Danny, highly reccomend!

Really enjoyed our visit here tonight. The food was very tasty, the portions were very good and the perfect temperature. Staff members were all friendly and helpful, especially Nadine. Danny and Kye were amazing, super helpful and just a credit to Zizzi. We will definitely return again soon.

Good pizzas, bland pasta

From start to finish it was brilliant, we have been several times now after a poor visit to another branch I was sceptical to return. However ZiZi’s at Trafford Centre is brilliant and a very special mention to Stevie who has looked after us on several occasions. He is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for him, to find a server who wants to please his guests to this degree is fabulous. Stevie is an absolute star and credit to why we go again & again.

When we arrived we were told they were already out of vegan rainbow lasagna and fries. We should have walked then but, having never been before, we gave them another chance. The waiter was awful, dull, couldn’t care less, bored and looked almost depressed. The food was average and felt microwaved (stuck to the plate). I ordered the chocolate fudge cake and asked for it to be hot, not warm. It wasn’t even warm. You’d expect poor food and service from a cheaper restaurant but when you’re parting with close to £100 for two people, you expect more. Very disappointed- definitely do not recommend. They didn’t even ask us how our meal was…they probably didn’t dare!! My husband cooks better meals!
