Rude staff, slow service and poor quality food. We were the only customer and it took forever to fulfill our order. We won't be going back there again, would sooner go hungry ?

Ordered 4 meals, one was a bacon double xl with no cheese because my son is allergic to cheese, as they passed me my order, I asked is there definately no cheese on this because my son is allergic they said definately not, so i took their word for it, only to drive another 20 mins up the motorway to get home and it be covered in cheese inbetween ever burger aswell there couldnt of been any less cheese on it, they clearly dont take allergies very serious!! So my son had nothing to eat and we all had food and it was his choice for burger king, I will never go back to this one!

Rude staff was too busy talking amongst them selves instead of dealing with customers. Talk at break, deal with customers whilst you are getting paid, simple! Food as expected by the service, not great and no salt?\\nMilkshake was half empty.

We enjoyed a quick and helpful service on a coach break on our way back north from the Isle of Wight. I tried a Vegetable Whopper Meal for the first time in my life. I'll have another one if I call in a Burger King again.

What a rip off this place is. Paid for a super large meal, got an almost regular one. Sandwich moslty cold. Not even medium meal. Staff rude. Gtfo. Never again

Stopped off at the services and found extreme prices for fast food. It was £8 for a meal which was a similar size to a McDonalds’ happy meal! The staff were extremely rude and miserable. Got many other orders wrong causing delays and heated customers. The food was of a satisfactory standard however after this experience I would not recommend!
