What a shame of a takeaway, if you don't have any joy in making your food just close the business down or sell it to somebody who caresOnly ordered as uber eats kept recommending to me, you must be paying for advertising but no money spent on the basics like product, food safety standards, product quality ffs and even for a popular franchise such as chicken cottage UK cans of drink instead of these cheap exported ones which just shows your cutting corners in everyday possibleThe wings were sized as teeny tiny Donald Trump pigeon wings, if a chicken tried to fly with this size wing it wouldn't even cause a ripple in the air let alone fly, tbh I'm sure you just breaded some bones and fried them as there wasn't any meat on any of the bones, the 5 bones were also left with chicken/pigeon hair still on so I had 5 hairy chicken bones fried in batter, were obviously expired by a few hours as they had that distinct over crunch as they had sat under the hot lamp too longChicken bites were ok, pretty tasteless but a very average portionSpicy Mountain burger meal, what a shame this was; instead of frying a spicy fillet as your supposed to you decided to send a regular fillet with a ring of chilli sauce added on top, lazy and idiotic as I asked for no sauce on my burgerBun was 3/4ths bigger than the fillet itself, and I wouldn't eat the burger as the chilli sauce just smelt of vinegar disgusting guys have some pride in your company ffs

The food was excellent taste and atmosphere was great however time management is poor because the staff said “we will get food for you in 10 mins later” but it’s 30 mins waiting makes me frustrated and hungry for it! It’s not true saying. Just only one is slow time. Just 4 stars for it and I will give you full stars if you saying is true for time limit. I see no lots of customers in there and I do not understand why you are taking slow time to get food for them… you need to improve your timing speed to reduce customers waiting and will increase customer satisfaction more likely to come back to you again.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. I was the only person in there and it seemed like an inconvenience that the young lady serving had to stop whatever she was doing on her phone to serve me. Cash only policy - what business in this age is "cash only", and for what reason?! The food needed reheating in the microwave at home, only five mins after buying. Poor quality - avoid.

this is the most disgusting burger i’ve ever had the bread is ashy as hell the chicken had strings coming out of it and it was pink from the inside; cheese was cold asl and tasted like plastic and overall it was just not good. i’ve got stomach problems now Do not eat here. save yourself.

I won’t be happy until I see all chicken cottage permanently closed. absolutely revolting and worst place I ever been in my life - made me seriously ill and I reported them to council but obviously nothing done as they still serving this muck

Ordered on just eat and order was not confirmed yet paid for. Rang up to be talked over and told "oh well it isn't on our machine" I tried to explain the order was paid for and did she want the order number to which the lady was rude and hung up. I called back and got the same rude response and the phone hung up on me. It is safe to say i will not be giving them my money with such poor customer service.

Money robbers. Make you order food via just eat and pay £4 delivery then they tell you they can’t deliver it and your order’s been cancelled. Can’t even get my full refund back via the app because you only get refunded for food. So the £4 “delivery” has been pocketed. Horrific place
