The worst experience whilst ordering fast food. The food went to the wrong address and they tried blaming us for it. When the food finally came it was freezing cold and missing items. The person over the phone was rude and swore. We asked for a refund and the boss shown up to our door trying to give us more of their horrible food and was also rude. Do not recommend to anyone thinking of ordering from here

Chicken burger was slimy and tasteless, went straight in the bin after one bite, they missed off items from the order. Chicken four piece had a horrible funky taste and went in the bin. Chips was ok. Fingers crossed it's not going to make me sick after eating that so called food, it tasted that bad. Surely for a chicken place they should at least get the chicken right? 'Chicken Lodge' should be called 'Chicken Bin'

Just ordered the pizza, Middleton Classic and some wings for the family, surprisingly really impressed with the pizza. Tasty food and quick delivery highly recommend!

I find the customer service great but over the last 7 years, the food quality has fluctuated. More often than not, the chicken is not thoroughly cooked. If this was not an issue I would happily rate this place 5 stars.
Son ordered himself a plain kebab and come chicken, the kebab came overflowing with salad and the chicken was awful, when phoned to explain the mistake and ask for it to b replaced the guy was rude and put the phone down on him
