Absolutely disgusting food and there customer service is even worse when I complained I was met with the attitude of were not bothered go away, absolutely the worst takeaway in the country try and I travel all over the U.K avoid at all costs.

Ordered two pizzas which were good, also ordered the "warm chocolate cookies with sauce... I received 4 cold cookies (out of the fridge) no sauce, when I phoned to complain I got told "that's how we do the cookies now" this was very blunt and they didn't see the problem. After some back and forth of me explaining the issue they guy hung up. I called back and got moaned at for complaining and then got hung up on again.Avoid at all costs. One star is generous but I can't leave lower.

Due to Uber mistake my adress was messed up. Eventually rang shop to be told in no uncertain terms by rude guy on other end it was my fault ( never had delivery issues before ) would help if number calling me didn’t say bishop Auckland ?♀️ anyway guy who did deliver food was really lovely. He made up for other rude guy although I would not order from here again. ( shame cause burger was amazing.

I orderd a 10 inch pizza which was great also orderd a 3 piece chicken and chips and a 2 piece and chips. The chicken looked liked it had been cremated and the breading solid. When I phoned to complain was told that's how it's done. I've never in my life had fried chicken like it never again

This is the second time I have ordered a cheeseburger asking for salad and no salad was on the cheeseburger. poor service . A cheeseburger without salad is crap. Will not order again.

Used to love their Mexican pizzas ordered 2 last night £23 No extras not even sauces No meat just dozens jaleepenos on it no meat hardly any cheese Dry Barr Far too hot Due to smothering if jalepeenos oh an 3 bits of pepperoni on it Neva Agen RIP off

Ordered cheesy chips seriously how can you go wrong !? Literally chips with a tiny sprinkle of cheese. Arrived to pay and it was cash only. Didn’t know this & they didn’t tell me when ordering online. Basically threw the food behind them saying never mind. A lovely gentlemen in there offered to pay. Never been so embarrassed in my entire life. Sort yourselves out. Thank you to the man who offered to pay & said he was disgusted with how they treat me just because I didn’t have cash. Used to come here all the time. Never again. Thank you for embarrassing me. Not.

Popeyes has been in Middleton years decided to order on Sunday delivery was fast ordered X2 fillet chicken burgers and chips arrived and me and a family member took a few bites texture tasted weird and the chicken was watery never have I seen chicken like this before the chips was under cooked now I wonder why there is bad reviews and the delivery was fast disgusting food had diarrhoea next day wouldn’t recommend this takeaway clearly proves it by the reviews go macdonalds instead

We ordered Popeyes last night as we do and have done regularly when the food came everything was cold and the onion rings was soggy, they also charged me almost four pound for a bottle off Pepsi which is advertised as coke. I rang the take out within a minute of the driver leaving to explain that the food I’ve waited over a hour for and paid over 20 for is freezing and the lady who answered put the man on who I believe is the owner, he was so rude laughed down the phone then asked when I ordered from them when I told him he said “that’s why it’s cold don’t bother ordering again” with that he slammed the phone down, considering I order from here regularly I can’t believe the way I was spoken to. Disgusting customer service, wouldn't advise ordering here!!!!!! I’ll be leaving the same review on google and Facebook ☺️ x
