Special thanks to Chris who helped me massively when the lift has been out of order on several occasions lately (I struggle getting on and off the moving escalator so Chris stopped and started the escalator allowing me to get on and off in a safe manner) and Nicole who assisted me down the stairs carrying my shopping for me - assets to your store!

Visited today but the lift not working so my husband was unable to shop on the upper floor as he is a wheelchair user …. Attitude of staff including management was appalling
