This Asda in shaw is great l started using this one instead of Chaddertons Asda as l realised that this one saves you more Points on Asda rewards app and has more stock on the shelves l started coming to this supermarket more often you can save more on your voucher

ASDA STAFF STINK ! Was shopping here at Asda in Shaw before Christmas, and a member of ASDA Staff passed me in the store amd he absolutely STANK of BODY ODOUR ! obviously he was allergic to soap and water, and he was stacking shelves ?STINKING The whole Supermarket out ! Speaks Volumes about ASDA Hiring policy. WHY DONT ASDA STAFF EVER, SAY THANK YOU ? FOR YOUR CUSTOM. WHY NOT ? Asda your TIME IS COMING TO AN END .BRITISH PUBLIC WONT FORGET AND WONT FORGIVE YOUR PROFITEERING OFF POOR PEOPLE! ZERO STARS AWARDED

The Store is fine as are the floor staff but the Cafe is disappointing, we have been 3 times recently and each time requested the over 60s deal ie Soup, Roll, and Tea or Coffee. Sadly each time we’ve been told sorry “sold out” and it’s only 2.00pm. What!! Soup has sold out.. then make some more it’s not rocket science and its probably from a packet or a tin. This particular stores cafe is the only Asda Cafe with this issue that we’ve visited. Could it be the Young Staff members that can’t be bothered?

Just collected a small online order quite early morning before Christmas eve. I sat in my warm car waiting for the poor young man (who looked a little like Simon Peggy) getting severely rained on, and trying his best to get everybody's orders as quick as he could. He must have been stressed but was so polite and calm, even when our order was wrong and the substitutes not acceptable. Also when I got home I found that I was two items missing, which I have still been charged for. 5 stars to the young man, one star to the pickers.

absolutely fuming Horrible toilet cleaner Woman always targets my daughters when they go for The Loo she was banging on the door while my daughter was taking a poo accused them of jumping in a cubicle And Wouldn’t let them go to the toilet when they are no toilets available was rolling her eyes at my children pointing her fingers in their faces asking them if they could read? why do people like this have jobs?

vile woman who works there, my 2 daughters&her friends play out they are ages 11&12 and there friends sometimes need the loo so they go into asda and my daughter who has ADHD doesn’t feel comfortable going in a public so she went to the disabled toilet.. which is acceptable? then the woman who cleans them was shouting and telling them to get out and she shouted at one of my daughters friends for having a poo. The girls are mortified of her,she’s always pointing in their faces and it’s not on! she is quite old, with wrinkles blonde hair that’s always in a pony and in glasses does anybody know who she is ?? if you know her name please tell me. X

Extreamly frustrated with the poor service you provide. Twice I have recieved my online order and both times the order has been wrong. Or you have substituted my items with cheap nasty Asda brand options. This is really unacceptable and will not be buying from Asda again. How dare you take my money without providing me for what I payed for. Whoever is reading this, do not waist your time and money. Shop somewhere that provides professional service.

Visited yesterday. I wanted a couple of pizzas from the counter. I stood for a few minutes while the 2 ladies chatted about their night out, sounded quite eventful. Eventually I caught their attention, I asked for 2 medium pepperoni. "There's a 30 minute wait, we are so busy, it must be pay day for people" one lady explained. At 1st I laughed, assuming she was joking, she wasnt. I said I'll leave it then, as I walked away, they got back to chatting. I watched from down the milk Isle for 5-10 minutes out of interest. Not 1 pizza was made, not 1 pizza was collected. BUT they certainly chatted alot.

The shelves are rarely full and there’s always an excuse for it but when there is food.. it’s 2 days out of date

I would just like to thank a really fantastic worker for Asda. A gentleman who helped me to unload my shopping in the car , he was called ( baldpaul). What a really pleasant man. Thank you Asda.
