Not only did we tip them for their excellent service, but they surprised us with complimentary menu samples, showcasing the culinary delights on offer. The friendly ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall charm. The warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. Beyond the scrumptious food, the staff’s friendliness and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. We left Chapter One with smiles on our faces, already planning our return. Went for my birthday breakfast today and was not disappointed, it was every bit as good as the breakfast I had last week at The Ivy in Birmingham. Lovely atmosphere and fantastic service, can definitely recommend a visit.

Its got to be my favourite restaurant for tapas and atmosphere. Very accommodating, its small quirky size only adds to the cosy family welcome feeling. The owners and staff really can't do enough for you. We love it! The food is delicious .. dont order without having the beef in redwine you'll be cheated ! Sangria is yummy too ! Keep it up guys
