Nice little cosy place. Looks really cool inside and seats are comfy. Bought a mint aero hot chocolate and it was delicious. It was a shame you couldn't get it in large for some reason. Staff are good at their job and were friendly. Prices are quite expensive but it is Costa after all and I didn't expect it to be cheap.

I love this Costas, it's located in a lovely place inside the Odeon Cinema in Oldham town centre. The beverages and cakes are excellent. Highly recommended. Looking forward to the reopening.

One of the better Costa places. The tables are more spread out than at other Costas and the seating is less canteen style, giving a more relaxed atmosphere. In fact we now use this Costa in preference to the other two in Oldham. Staff are friendly at all the Costa sites in Oldham.

I would like to share my experience with this Costa. I'm disgusted with the employees espciallly young employees who is inexperienced and never worked at Costa before.
I only been there few times and I'm fan of Costa but I am sick of employees behaving like children because one day they will gossip about me and I had employee pulling funny face at me from other day. I can hear all the employees what they are saying, made me feel uncomfortable what they were saying and I just want to throw a drink in their faces.
I would not recommend for those who got disability to go to this place especially if you've got hearing impairment, autistic and speech impairment since the employees don't know how to handle with these people.
The young employees need to be provide more training and need to stop gossiping like children play ground.
I would recommend people with special needs go to Costa in Spindles shopping centre because the employees are very patient.
