Absolutely shocking. Would recommend never going again and you will be better off. Food missing off order and would not be given any refund. Food was also cold. Shocking but what do you expect with the quality of their staff

Never known an Italian that doesn’t stir their pasta, all stuck together in clumps. Very flavourful but I’d love it to have been stirred when being cooked.

Food was good. However, our server wasn’t very nice. She was quite rude and blunt with us and felt like we couldn’t ask for anything while we were there. We believe her name was Lucy. We were in a rush to get to the football match, which she very clearly knew, yet our service was awfully slow even though the restaurant was mostly empty. We asked for our bill while still eating our mains so we could leave asap for the football, yet once we were given our bill were waiting at least 15 minutes for a card machine. We understand that we were in a rush however it was Lucy’s attitude that let down our entire experience. She was extremely rude to us when we tried to order something that they didn’t have that day. She never explained to us at the beginning what they didn’t have. We would return to this restaurant however would prefer a different waitress!

The big one breakfast, just warm at best, over done bacon, solid rubber egg's, herb potatoes no seasoning, or never seen a herb. Also daughter wanted, pancakes but was told that they had run out the day before (we was there Sunday morning) how difficult is it to make pancakes. Overall food score is low although staff very pleasant and apologetic, not their fault, management and above issue. We will have to think about ever going again.

The menu has changed considerably since we visited over two years ago, much less choice. Cheeseburger was boring, just nothing particularly nice about it at all, loaded fries presented in a messy heap and the cheese sauce was thick and gloopy, no complimentary coleslaw or garnish, really basic. Spent over £90 on the meal, it was really sub standard, that’s our last visit there.

Had a lovely breakfast outside with our puppy lovely food cooked by Martin Dan flash would highly recommend service was fantastic by Becky and Donna coffee and drinks made by ethan ? thanks for our lovely breakfast

Fantastic to be back having I Sunday breakfast, great food and fantastic music brilliant service by JESS . You can’t get a better breakfast for the price and quality. Invest in your local community and together we can beat coved and keep our F&Bs open

We absolutely love coming here. The quality of food and service is consistently brilliant on every visit we’ve had. We love the BBQ chicken wings and the New York pizza. Staff are friendly and really attentive, we can’t fault anything. Thanks for another fab visit tonight.

First of all a massive thank you to Sam who served us and looked after us today. You were so friendly and great with the kids and your memory amazes me ?. Great food as always. Steak cooked to perfection. For anyone nervous like myself about getting to eat out again I highly recommend Frankie and Bennys their set out is exactly what you need to feel safe. Thank you so much for having us today. And a virtual high five to Sam once again for everything

Fantastic staff so pleasant and the service was so fast and good! The food was lovely and was able to fit us in without a booking and in a very safe environment. Loved my gin thanks Helen!

One meal had to be sent back as it wasnt what was ordered, one meal just did',t arrive,and had to be changed, as what was ordered was no longer available, we wasn't charged for this meal though. The place was so cold.
