Another great New Year's Eve party night. Well done Fresca! You worked really hard to make the night a great success. Fabulous tasty food as ever from the kitchen crew and floor staff managed meticulously to tend to every detail.

How can you possibly get a pizza so wrong. Poor service, had to wait ages despite food being served to those who came later. Pizzas soggy, with no flavour, and not appetising, hardly any topping. Can’t ever remember a pizza being so bad before. Waiting staff, around 5 of them very busy all evening chatting to each other. We had to ask 3 times where our food was as others who came in after us had finished their food before ours was served. Said they were waiting for us to finish bread and olives. No one asked ! No one seemed interested, it was like having a takeaway sitting at a table. Venue was okay, looked clean, tidy and welcoming and good parking. But would never ever go back.

We were a large group who came for the party night. It was excellent. The food was delicious, the staff so friendly and helpful and a good time was had by all. Every time I’ve been to Fresca’s I’ve found the food, service and atmosphere spot on. Thank you.

The food here is fab, the staff are lovely . It does get a bit noisy as it fills up think that's the building construction. The Tiramisu is perfectVegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian but I opted for a veggie starter the flavours were great.

Everything was great. Food was delicious. Staff were lovely. The guy who served us was super friendly,, the one with the black nail polish.. Just a bit dark in there so we had to use our phones to see the menu

Good food with lots of choice. Difficult to read the menu because it was dark. Service was just right and made sure we were enjoying our meal.Dietary restrictions: Know they do gluten free optionsParking: Parking right outside, off road.Kid-friendliness: There were a couple of birthday parties and children were part of the groups.Wheelchair accessibility: On ground level and had disabled toilets.

Had a great evening at this restaurant.Located at the front of a small industrial estate but don't let that put you off the surroundings are still nice. There is plenty of parking.Food, drink etc was fantastic , best chicken arrabata I have had in a long time.Staff were great and helped us set up the table for our friends Birthday as well as bringing the cake we had bought to the table with candles etc .Make it what you want, an informal visit or a special occasion out ..

We came in today for my grandma’s birthday. We love it here and always go to Fresca for special occasions. The service was lovely, I didn’t get the persons name but they were very welcoming and very professional. It’s a shame I couldn’t say the same about the head chef. Omg what a horrid man! Couldn’t enjoy the celebration and meal as all we could hear is the chef shouting, swearing and belittling the chefs. He was literally bullying the chefs! I know how a kitchen works and I know how chefs work as my partner is a head chef. The way he spoke to the “Team” was disgusting and I don’t know how the kitchen staff are still there! It was even worse as customers could hear the full thing! The owner needs to have a word with the HC as his attitude, behaviour, professionalism and manner was awful towards the kitchen and that shouldn’t be happening anywhere! No respect what so ever, and to top it off he has the cheek to say to one of the other chefs you aren’t showing me much respect today… do you wonder why ask yourself that question! Disappointed.

We visited with my son's in-laws, the meal and service was excellent as always. We are fortunate to live only 350 yards from Fresca so are able to walk and enjoy a drink with our meal.

As usual - great staff, great venue and great food. This is a really friendly restaurant that has become established as a firm favourite in Saddleworth.

Fantastic food, especially the seafood. We had mains specials of mussels and crab linguine which were excellent, as was the seafood linguine off the main menu. Home made chicken wings and squid were great starters and the tiramisu was just like having it in Italy. Lots of space and very accommodating of an elderly guest with a walker as well as a four year old. Good choice in the children’s menu too, plus colouring etc. Only small criticism was speed of service. The server was very friendly but with a very quiet restaurant service was slow. This has happened before too. Not an issue to us as we weren’t in a hurry, but surprising given number of covers.

Unexpectedly nice from the inside, given the location on an industrial site; service is very polite, allergens well taken care of (gluten free in particular). Taste is acceptable, with the carbonara considerably better than anything based on the rather bland tomato sauce. Particularly good value for money on the children's items.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free options available, including both pasta and pizza!

Great for families with young children, they can run around and have fun, without worrying as lots of families. The food is pretty good, the only dishes I would avoid are the salads, more about looks than an actual meal for someone.
