i Ordered through Uber and it was a disaster ..incomplete order. ,no dips for what we did get and the drink was split ..not happy at all .I’ll probably get a refund bit I wanted food ..

Ordered through McDonald’s app to be served on table and every time in all McDonald’s branches in uk they deliver it to the table but they didn’t did it and I have to collect it from the counter after long time pathetic and rude behaviour from the staff

It's a McDonalds in the town centre.If you don't know what this entails then you must of been under a rock of living off grid for the last 30 years or more.Kid-friendliness: Kids allowed, interactive table available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible for ground floor only.No way to get to top floor so Limited seating available for wheelchair users and their groups.

I normally go to McDonald's after I have been out for a drink and it goes down really well, but we had the grandkids and decided to treat them to McDonald's during the day, I'm sorry the self service tills had no paper in so you could order but got no receipt so had to remember your order number, the service was very slow people bringing food back and when we finally got our food it was luke warm, I'm guessing I will stick to going to McDonald's when I've had a drink it tastes much better.
I am so disgusted with the service , I ordered food my pharmacy team , the food had items missing , Uber rep our phone down on me , McDonald a referred them to Uber and spoiled our Xmas lunch for £8.00 refund in. £85.00 order that ruins our work Xmas eve This is disgraceful Uber and McDonald you may want to reconsider your liaison with this non uk based call centre

Very busy during lunch hour... packed with the younger generation and mainly students. The cashiers are competent and courteous and ample and flexible seating...I always choose the stools by the window.Compared to some McDonald's, High St is a 'Maraviliso' asset to the Town Centre.
