Very poor service. We ordered 4 pizzas and only got 3, pizza Hut refused to replace the pizza or give us a refund. They even blamed the delivery driver for eating the food. Do not order from them. Shocking customer

Ordered through Uber Eats had no problem with delivery. The food itself however, very subpar. Both pizzas were very bland and tasteless, as were the sides. They also made one of the Pizzas wrong (and got both the sauce and drink wrong, but that's to be expected if you're ordering food to be fair). In pizza hut restaurants the food is normally very good, a solid 8/10, but I'd have to rate this order 3/10. I'm not sure if this specific location is only for delivery but there is certainly a difference in quality between this and the restaurants. This is a respected chain, quality should be the same in every location. Very disappointed

TERRIBLE for the second time in 2 weeks , pizza with bbq Texas had no bbq at all ?, didint send ice cream for cookie doughs , no garlic dust on the cheese bites that comes with the pizza ! Absolute disaster ! And is not cheap at all ! Disgrace , I hope it closes down to be honest , WASTING PEOPLES MONEY , do not order from them

Been going to Pizza Hut for a while so I know what I’m expecting however want to dedicate this review to the delivery driver Afraz. Ordered food on Friday and was patient with me as I took my time to open the door and was still greeted with the biggest smile! Unlike other delivery drivers, Afraz in general is a really down to earth lad. Hope to see you soon pal!

Dominos is a million times better.Had so many complaints with these guys recently. The pizza are oily as anything. It's like they have changed all there ingredients or summat.the pizza are horrible these days. So dissapointed. With them

Absolutely disgusting service took my 2kids to enjoy 'pizza hut'....waited in the takeout area because they didn't have a waiting area so I waited 10mins and they can see I'm clearly waiting but they didn't come up to me to say oh have you placed order for collection no nothing they watched but didn't say nothing but when a white couple walked in they were seen straight away ? just because I'm a Asian person they didn't see to me or ask me if I'm waiting for a order?... and this was my first time visiting Pizza Hut aswell but I actually prefer Nandos they see to you straight away but pizzhut absolutely rad it's wouldn't advice Asians to go in just saying....
Website stated delivery was ready for collection, arrived at shop to collect to be told pizza was still in oven and would be a few minutes, waited 10 minutes then had to ask again about my order. They then went in the back and brought out my pizza which was cold.

To be honest it's doesn't looks like it from pizza Hut my children will cook better. Delivery was late , tried to write email it keep asking address from pizza I put in many ways and doesn't allow to emails so no chance to get back. Has spend money on this but absolutely not happy ? and yes, it taste same as looks really bad.

Second time in a row had a problem ordering. Except this time they sent me a meat pizza when we ordered the vegetarian Beyond Meat option unfortunately tried a bit before realising. When we called they’re just rude and don’t care and expect you to lose the order amount for the next 3-5 days until customer services sort you a refund. No offer to even send the correct order to you. B*llends, my girlfriend had to stop me heading out in the car with the meat pizza to beat the guy senseless with it they p*ssed me off that much over the phone I would of got arrested if she was working away lol.

Had to cancel my order after driver kept saying he couldn't find my house. I stepped outside and tried to find him. Called back and he said he was going to deliver elsewhere.
