I wish I could give a zero to Huddersfield Subway. I placed an order for Italian herbs and cheese but instead they gave me hearty Italian bread with no explanation as to why. I placed the order again for a second time and again the wrong bread was given. Never to order from this Subway again

Uber delivered the food almost ice cold. Subway was unhelpful about it. I vote with my wallet and will never buy from Subway again. I'll also tell friends and family of my experience and suggest to them to do the same. ?

The many times I have been to this store I have always noticed that the management in this store treat their staff aboustly ridiculously, they are doing their job only to have the management tell them off. The management need to understand that everyone who works or doesn't work has mental health or physical contributes they have.That being said the staff excluding the management are aboustly positive, they always have a laugh and do everything by the book. They are so friendly and listen to any customers request.The food preparation is always spot on and never over done in any way.So overall the management are shocking and need to treat their staff like human beings and not like garbage off the street. The rest of the staff are so lovely and understanding. The food is always prepared with so much care to handling the products to talking to the customers

Order lunch with my fellow work colleagues. I order gluten free bread with turkey ham and turkey bacon with cheese and mayo. No salad. Arrived with note saying "sorry no gluten free" with salad!!!I cant eat gluten as it makes me ill. Absolutely awlful customer service. Will never order again.
