Burnt naan and chips missing. Really wanted to like the place its won an award apparently but was really disappointed. Staff couldn't understand English very well so couldn't even get a refund for the missing chips ?

Excellent quality of food, great service from great people. As soon as I entered the place I was greeted politely and offered an individual service, and the food served was fresh and delicious (I ordered chicken tikka bhuna and naans). Although it is a takeaway the experience is almost restaurant like. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a puri with my mainswhich was not even fried it was raw put it into the bin. I have a chappatti last time I ordered and that was Raw too which also went into the bin. The onion bhajis seem like they had been re freid burnt and crispy. Will not be ordering again . Have several other mains which were also tasteless so will not be wasting £30.30 again .

Never pay his staff on time. Him self making money but not giving staff on time. You have written a long message below but you forgot the one staff member who did your leaflet and did it in 30 degrees outside and here you are trying to give explanations. Saying i am impacting your business what kind of boss you are when i come to collect the money you run behind the leave other staff members to tell us that you are not in shop but on the other side your phone is at the till and when i called it was ringing and other person said he left it here but luckily i saw you going in the back kitchen. When it comes to money you have enough excuses but WOULD YOU LET THE CUSTOMER HAVE THE FOOD WITHOUT PAYING???Need more evidence let me know.

Great food but I noticed the delivery drivers dipping customers chips and onion rings before they were going out for delivery.

Paratha was a bit too oily/greasy, and the chapati a bit stodgy. Nice tarka Dahl, curry had a bit too much tomato otherwise fine. Great vegetable samosa, and onion baghi very tasty.
Chicken tikka jafrezi, pilau rice, garlic and coriander nan, fresh, tasty, delicious, best curry we've had for ages, definitely recommend, delivery was very prompt

Food was lovely , fresh and tasty. Big portions and will definitely order again . Only downside which stopped me giving 5 stars was my chips were missing from the delivery ☹️.

Ordered from Bombay a couple of times in the last couple of month after seeing they was award winners in the M.E.N ,I drive from Bolton for it first time was lovely couldn’t fault them the second time I had a £35 order and they forgot my popadoms onions and mint sauce which we was disappointed in but we thought we would try again tonight (Boxing Day), we went in to order and the owner kept taking phone orders we waited 15 minutes and he still didn’t take our order and when we mentioned to him he was very rude and ignorant, spoilt our Boxing Day takeaway as we didn’t order because the customer service was that bad we will not be returning!

In short, this is the best Indian food I've ever had!! The combination of tastes is just divine. We've tried several dishes and they are all exceptional - and I'm very fussy! I also have never been a big fan of Indian cuisine, but now I am!! I want this every day!!! The portions are big so I always have some left for the next day and it is EVEN BETTER the next day!! I love love love this place!!!! The food is not too spicy which is great. I think the quality of the ingredients is high because I never get any stomach issues (whereas I usually get stomach ache from other places). Cannot praise the food enough!Only criticism from me: single use plastic. Please switch to more sustainable packaging. Oh and some vegetarian options please. Other than that, thank you for the amazing food and please tell the chef I want to marry him! ?

We ordered online, drove 10 miles for this after a recent review on the MEN saying the food is delicious! Its not they got our order wrong missed loads of food out that we had paid for giving no refund. The food its self the onion bhaji's looked like they had been thrown in the container, they were squashed and looked horrible - had a small taste very dry. Most of the food went in the bin. I will never go back to this place - no idea how they won an award!
