Festive chicken burger with stuffing and cranberry sauce. Chips with lots of seasoning. Very tasty and service was friendly.

To be fair the food at this particular branch was good. But having had that festive stuffing stacker I found out by watching an advert that I was only given one piece of chicken. This was a few days later so I have not been back. It is a shame because I enjoyed the food but I don't like being ripped off.

Ordered a 10 piece wicked variety. I arrived at my daughters house and found there were only 6 pieces of chicken and 2 were the size of a budgie. Rang to complain the woman I spoke to didn't apologise and said she'd look at the cctv to check. She rang me back to tell me she looked at the cctv and so had another member of staff and she was adamant 10 pieces were given. One thing I can do is count. She either lied about looking at the cctv or looked at it and realised she was wrong and blatantly lied. I this was a few weeks ago. I went again yesterday and ordered another 10 piece wicked variety. I counted my chicken this time luckily there were 10 pieces. Unfortunately I neglected to count my hot wings and I got 10 instead of 11. The staff need to go back to school and learn to count

Absolutey no idea who employs these people.... I went in to get a take out order, ir was ready pretty quickly and drove home. Opening the bag was a nightmare, I ordered a large gravy which was put on top of the order with what appeared to be a loose lid. It was everywhere! It had also weakened the bag and spilled in my car so angrily the whole lot of a £15 order went in the bin... and now cleaning of my car. Thanks alot!

Very disgusting and uneducated behaviour by the manager. We went to KFC as our burgers weren’t fully prepared. The manager first told us that we were wasting their time, and continued to blame us for deliberately taking it out. This was absolutely disgusting to blame your own customers when instead it was your mistake. I do not recommend going to this kfc due to the lack of respect they give to their customers and the hypocritical behaviour I had to face. I have had to come quite a few times due to this problem, and did not expect to face extreme rudeness by the own manager today.
