Garbage. The place smells. The bar service was shocking. The food was rubbish. You expect a certain standard from TGI and found on a chain like this to get it right. Get it right or close.

Finally after 58 years I met my half-brother. I was travelling back to Gloucestershire from Newcastle. I contacted him to say I could go via Manchester so nearer to him. We decided on TGI's as convenient for us both. We spent 3 hours chatting, it was if we knew each other all our lives. Thank you TGI Friday’

Have been to various TGIs over the past ten years including this one at Prestwich. Food is as expected really. However, as this was our first visit for 9 months or so, I was completely shocked by the prices. The food is mostly deep fried stuff with chips..how can TGI justify nearly £8 for a milkshake and over £20 for sesame chicken and chips! Won’t be going again!

We’ve had a few bad TGI’s lately but this one has totally changed our opinion again… for the better! Food was lovely, service was fab, especially from Maddi and the manager who went out of their way to help us with the bill!
