Absolutely horrible service. We’ve been here as a family for absolute years and always had such a lovely meal. This time around I am speechless. We ordered a dish (prawns) asked could it be served without batter. Was told yes that’s fine. Was not explained how the dish would come out. It had come out as a singular prawn. No lie we genuinely laughed as we thought we were being had on or it was a joke. We asked for the waiter who was extremely rude. Was in my mums face shouting at her showing her the menu “it’s how we do it love” he kept shouting, throwing his arms around and hands in her face. I asked him very calmly and politely to calm down and all we would like would be for the dish to be removed off the menu. He got even more irritated shouting at us, not sure if it was because we were two women sat on our own. Not to play the “sexist card” but it felt very that much way. I asked to pay tor what we had ordered already, two poppadoms and two drinks and we were going to leave. I had actually asked if we could pay for the whole order prior to this and have it bagged up as we felt uncomfortable now eating there with him shouting at us like that. I asked to speak to his boss which his response was met in screaming at me “I AM THE BOSS” again leaning over hands in our faces slamming everything down infront of us. My two friends had just walked in and was met with the whole conversation and had walked straight out. Then the guy who originally greeted us came over and couldn’t apologise enough. It took 10 minutes for another member of staff to come over to help us. The angry little guy eventually walked away. I don’t even have any words, never ever have I complained anywhere before but this was just shocking.

Had takeaway. Cold. Tasteless and extremely poor quality. Onion bahjis tasted 2 days old. Rogan Josh like baby food - no flavour. Yogurt sauce was like water. Garlic naan was rubbery and Tasteless. Only thing ok was rice - but cold!Complete waste of money!!!

Just a first class restaurant with great food, a good selection of drinks, and very friendly staff. I came over from Ireland to visit family and we always go the the Prachee at least once per visit. I've eaten Indian food all my life and this rates right up there with the best. And the prices are very reasonable. I know I mentioned the friendly staff, but I'll do it again because they are.I do a lot of reviews and I normally like to take some pictures and include them. For some reason every time I visit the Prachee I forget to wait for photos and just start eating straight away. The food is that good.

Oh wow they make the best chicken Dhansak I’ve ever had, & poppadoms & Dhal soup. This is my favourite restaurant The staff are lovely & professional & don’t keep you waiting. I’ve been coming for years but went last night for my birthday. 10/10 thanks guys Xx

Takeaway option.Food was cooked and delivered within 40 minutes.The best curry we've had in the prestwich area for quite some time!The price also beat neighbouring takeaways.Staff were very friendly and swift service.Good value for money.Unable to rate atmosphere due to it being a takeaway.

This is our second time visiting. Really nice food, friendly welcoming staff and reasonably priced. I've recommended the place to a few friends who have gone and they have also really enjoyed it. Definitely worth a visit!

This is the first time visiting for a friends birthday. I ordered lamb rogan josh. The food was absolutely superb. The staff were excellent,and the service was brilliant. It is a long time since I have had a curry as good as what I had. Nothing was never to much,and the welcome from management was excellent. WELL DONE TO EVERYBODY. THANKS AGAIN. I will return.

Came here for a meal last Friday, The food and service was excellent so tasty. I had a chicken Tikka Vindaloo ?and the Naan bread was on point. Will be returning next time I fancy a curry. Service was friendly and efficient. Keep up the good work guys.10/10

We have used The Prachee’s food delivery service on numerous occasions . The food is always of a very high standard. Deliveries are very often around the time estimated and staff we deal with both on the telephone and at the door are friendly. On visits to the restaurant itself the experience has always been an enjoyable one.
