Disappointing. The receptionist, who also holds the position of manager on site, displayed shocking rudeness despite wearing a forced smile. Additionally, my takeout order included two glasses of fizzy drinks that were carelessly handed over without proper wrapping, ALERT! raising serious concerns about hygiene practices. Check the stewardship room adjacent to the reception and behind the food counter: filthy, further emphasizing the establishment's lack of hygiene standards.

Average carvery. The lamb was disappointing as the chef served the last dried up bits of the joint when he should have changed to a fresh joint.

While the food is great and the service in the place is good, every time I order delivery (which I have to do sometimes due to my disability) They always forget things. This time it was both deserts, last time it was the garlic bread. Please, check orders before you hand them to the drivers.

We Spent mothers day 10/03/24 at ainsworth arms, we had a table booked @1pm it was very busy, our table was in the bar area down three steps Maisie then noticed i had my elderly mum with me and found us a better table. Maisie went above and beyond to make sure we were settled and our drinks arrived promptly, checking to see everything was ok throughout the hour we attended. Well done and thank you Maisie
