Well, after reading some negative posts regarding Bean there at Riverside, I feel compelled to write a review and I don't ever write reviews.I have been a Bean customer for a while now and I can say hand on heart that I personally have never had a bad or even minor bad experience there in all the time I have been going in.The staff there are tremendous!.All be it, at times, the place is extremely busy and yes they do have limited staff on occasions and I'm sure it can be challenging...read full review

I always love a mocha at Bean. The mocha I have is always smooth, well flavoured. The staff are always friendly, polite and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great experience. Keep doing a great job Bean ??Kid-friendliness: Very friendly

Great place to unwind. When on a sponsored walk that Fudge and l are doing for the whole of April. 60 miles for the heart foundation research.Dietary restrictions: I'm a coeliac so the sandwiches that this fab place sells for people like me is great
