Everytime i order they forget half of the order then refuse to answer the phone when i call. Last time it was 6 wings. This time its gravy. Im spending andnot getting what i paid for just to be ignored. Absolutely

Went to the drive through for a quick lunch snack. Opted for the very reasonably priced “Boneless box” at £2.99. Now I get it… £2.99 isn’t a lot of money. But the quality of the meal I received was abysmal. Not sure how long the food had been made but the whole meal was pretty much cold. I ate it within 2 mins of receiving it in the carpark so there was no excuses. I wasn’t offered any salt or hand wipes, just hands the box though the window. Really disappointed and I can now understand why this KFC has such dire reviews. Certainly won’t use this outlet again.

I have had some iffy takeaways in my time but this one takes the biscuit … £17 for two meals that have gone in the bin… chips cold and soggy, chicken dry and massively over cooked and the normally thick and tasty chicken gravy was water and tasteless … I live less than 4 minutes drive so can’t say it’s cause it took to long for me to get home

Absolutely abysmal. Had to sort out the order 3 times as it either had the wrong items or missing items. Once is maybe okay but three times. This wasn’t the first time I’ve visited this branch and encountered this. Absolutely terrible experience.

Missing a huge part of my order on Christmas Eve. No way to contact people other than through Uber Earts and they don't give a toss. I better get my refund.

Order is wrong ordered 12 piece chicken came with 10 chicken pieces.Ordered 4 creamy mash and instead came with 5 pots of gravy.Also ordered PEPSI MAX and they have gave us Diet Pepsi.This has happened 3 times ordering from here, never ordering here again!
