Firstly we had ordered our drinks from the bar and wasn't disappointed in the service. A lovely girl had served us called Becca, she was very professional and politely mannered. We had then ordered our starters of halloumi fries, battered mushrooms and cheesy garlic bread, which were served to us in no more than 10 minutes, all fresh and hot and. I would like to thank everyone who had served us at the Sandbrook, for the positive experience. Me and my family have been here a few times, and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Best carvery and I've personally never been disappointed.

Been coming here for a few years for poker nights and all the staff have been tremendous. I’d like to give particular praise to Charlene the Chef for her amazing food and also to Becca for her friendly and prompt service. Lorraine has also been fantastic with us and they are very accommodating of my elderly father who can be a tad awkward
