Customer service skills obviously need improving. The staff don’t even know the products nor do they know how to treat a customer, the cashier stared at me as I asked him why the price is “either 13 or 14 pounds”. Which is what he said the price was when I asked how much I would be charged. He then proceeded to raise his tone and say it again. Very unhappy !!

I have got a bag of Too good to go, full of none vegetarian stuff. I have requested to change the meat items with other suitable items to cover the price of the bag. The manager refused. My only option was to leave the non vegetarian items because I can't eat and I don't want to dispose food. I ended up paying £4 and receiving goods for a value of £2. The idea of the app is not to waste food, the shop will not dispose and sell out food and the customer will get a good bargain too. Win win situation. What happened is I paid for the food to dispose it for you. Wasted money, food and trip. Please be careful your staff attitude is contributing to more food waste.

Used to be my local garage but harldy ever open anymore, constantly barriered off and the cash machine either doesn't work or swallows you're card.
Amazing services. The cashier was very friendly. Will definitely go again. Highly recommended.
