The sign on the front said the subway closed at 7 and the website says 7 but we got there at 6.20pm to find the woman working on the till telling us it was closed? Ridiculous. She just mouthed it to us as well. Didn’t bother coming out. We drove specifically to this subway too on our way home.

Paid £9.99 for the meal deal only the sandwich turned up and everything inside the sandwich was wrong, also bought the £7.99 chicken footlong and half of the items we added where not on the sandwich not ordering from here again

The staff here are the most sentative and committed sandwich artists you have, the place the customer (me) front and centre of a positive experience, left me feeling brand loyal and happy to have met them during the day.They instantly recognised my blue light card and appologies for the short fall of the app. Layout was spotless full and inviting, good application of social distancing too.Thank you

I placed a wrong, order. As I am vegetarian, I ordered, meat, turned my stomach.Tried phoning, but they have no, telephone.Delivery was on time.

Sandwiches were ok but service not great. The woman serving was on her own. I think it is unfair and also unsafe to run single handed.I didn't have a problem with waiting, but did have a problem with her not changing gloves between handling food and using the till handling money. Also using the same unwashed knife to spread tuna and then cut a meat Sandwich

The store is ran by a good team of staff and a great manager (Rooksanna). Food is always made fresh and perfectly. Just a shame they are so under staffed
