02/01/24Left disgusted with the poor customer service from the oldest employee. Refused to give his name. Ignorant and shouldn't be working in customer service.We asked for the salad with the peppers on the side x 4 times, they couldn't understand what I was asking for as it was too complicated of a order.He then began to be little us, while we tried to explain she didn't want them in the sandwich.He had no customer service skills and I had to ask him to stop talking and I wanted to pay and go. He carried on with himself.No customer service whatsoever very disappointed with the shop. Should not be working with the public.Shocking!

I have recently bought subway delivery from Sandbrook and was so disappointed with the half full mainly lettuce box and a forgotten large bottle of drink so I decided to try Kingsway.This was the complete opposite two lovely full salad boxes with everything I asked for. I will definitely be ordering from kingsway in future.

Really gone downhill fast. 3 people "serving" behind the counter at 1pm on a Friday... 3 people making orders for takeout... ZERO taking orders from the people WAITING IN THE QUEUE

Terrible value, ordered the steak & cheese with salad couldn't taste any cheese and the only salad was a piece of iceberg Lettice. I would have taken it back but we had already driven away. Given 1 star because it wouldn't let me post with none

Very poor customer service, the lady who served me could have been abit more polite. Even a smile on her face would've done the job! I asked for a Tuna footlong with all the salad and they didn't put any Tuna in my footlong. Went back and told them and they said you asked for salad! However they did offer to put tuna in my sandwich and charge 80p extra.Bread was hard aswell, not fresh at all. Didn't enjoy my subway as much as I normally do. Town one is much better!

Quick subway to eat in the car on the journey back home. It's just a fresh sandwich but you can't go wrong imo. Fills you up and seems a bit more hearty than other fast food. Happy ?

Me and the partner went for tea and ordered 2 wraps. These were tiny and when we mentioned this, the woman and man behind the counter ignored us rudely. Will not be using this subway again!
