Rachel was simply fabulous!! From the second we walked in until we left she couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable, attended too and genuinely valued as customers. I would return based on her kindness alone. What a credit to the team!! Not been here for a very long time but will certainly be back, food and 'make your own sundaes' were top notch but kindness and a smile costs nothing. Smashing your job Rach!

Visited here several times. This last time was a disappointment. The food and service were good. However, once we finished our meals, we decided to go and sit in the bar. There was a table of people who were off duty staff swearing and behaving very badly, making sexual comments in a very loud manner. This spoilt the whole atmosphere of the bar area. The manager was in the bar area and did nothing, so it would appear they are OK with this?

Food is reasonable value for money and a reasonable choice, however, the salad bar is not looked after with a few empty trays. The staff always seem new and unsure what they are doing with several meals brought that weren't ours. Beer was overpriced. Chicken overcooked and dry. The place was quite empty for a peak time Friday and the place needs a facelift as it's looking tired and tatty.Parking: Register your car at the desk or you will get a parking ticket.

Salad bar was empty, and what was there was dried up and poor. Food came and was cold and was sent back . Had obviously been sat there waiting whilst our friends steaks cooked. When we asked for more produce on salad bar if they were bringing anymore out we were told no not at the moment. Will not be back. Not like any harvester i remember. We booked a table under my name for 2.30 so you knew we were coming.

Our server was Sammy and she was lovely, very helpful telling us about the 40% off deal through January, the food came quickly and was cooked perfectly and tasted

It was extremely poor. Extremely slow service. Didn’t get a salad bowl. Overcharged on the bill (we ordered 3 x children’s meals but their drinks had been added as extra!), and had to ask multiple times for desert menus and the bill?!

We had our xmas lunch here. The food was lovely. We really enjoyed it. It was very busy and noisy. The staff were all working really hard. Considering how busy it was the service was good.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the food was hot and delicious. We were served by Carly who looked after us all so well and made us welcome.

Was taken here for an EOY breakfast. The surroundings were pleasant enough, the staff were friendly and helpful when we came in. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was well cooked and well presented with bottomless coffee too. It was excellent value for money too £7.99 for a large full English ( there was a larger breakfast available too.) I would thoroughly recommend this place as it was a much nicer experience than I expectedParking: Bit confusing getting out of the car park

Booked a 2:30 table here Christmas eve. We expected it to be busy. We got there and it was relatively quiet. As we were a party of 2 we were expecting a small table. But what we weren’t expecting was to be placed at table 10 wich was a single table behind a pillar in the middle of the room, where we couldn't be seen. Why would a table be there? We waited 30 minutes for anyone to come (after asking someone) to take our order, whilst we watched the serving staff milling about nor doing much. As i said it wasn't busy.We ordered it came one meal was meant to be a veggie burger and it was meat. The server had written it down wrong. (Not the first time from the apologies we got). The salad bar was half empty (again not very busy) and there were no white rolls only stake brown.Once we got the right food it was lovely. It took 45 minutes to get a bill and try and pay. In the and a man I presume was the manager who was cleaning tables for a large party said for us to go to the bar to pay (cash and card). We could have easily walked out without paying and no one would have realised. What a waste of time it was ours and whom ever was booking tables. Not enough staff. Staff who didn’t have a clue.Next time we will go to our usual harvester.Food lovely, no organisation. Inexperienced staff.

Not been to a Harvester restaurant before. As soon as we stepped in we were well looked after. We were greeted by a employee who chatted with my two grandchildren and had them giggling, they were given an activity pack which was great to keep them occopied. We were seated and as we had not visited Harvester before it was explained how the salad bar and drinks worked. Unlimited Salad bar was fantastic and great choice. Also lots of choice on menu. Lovely friendly customer service again when order taken. Service with a smile. You should be so proud of all your staff, they are a credit to the you, nothing too much trouble. No negatives to report. Thank you for a lovely experience.

A most enjoyable experience for myself, my wife and our daughter.. My wife came out of hospital two days ago and this was just what we needed. The manager and our server, Lenny, were excellent - couldn’t have been better.Vegetarian options: Plenty of choiceDietary restrictions: One vegetarian and one ‘soft and bite size’

Just your average harvester.. staff was friendly enough.food on mains was good, but the salad bar leaves alot to be desired.. selection isn't as good as it used to be and I don't know what kind of "coleslaw" they claimed to serve, but it was no nice coleslaw. Looked like it had been sat there for a month, just being passed on by.
