Went to dobbies in marple this morning around 10.30. And have to say it was dreadful. The place obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly and every sofa in the cafe was filthy and stained as was the floors. I have sent photos. This seems to be the case most visits now and is unacceptable. The toilet was dirty and needs a deep clean ( see photos ).I have contacted customer service and cancelled mine and my husband’s dobbies subscription as we no longer enjoy our time in the cafe. You need to sort this out dobbies?? Your lucky to get one star.

Great outdoor plant area, accessories and gardening range is extensive. Wasn't to impressed with houseplant range, seemed to be a limited selection. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Has improved since opening plants seem better cared for

Wide aisles, good choice of stock, not the cheapest but all your garden/home/pet needs are catered for.

4£ for a piece of plastic. Never ever will be buying here again. This is ridiculous!

Sorry but we were really disappointed today, my niece had a long hair in her meal the chairs were badly stained, the place looked tired. When dobbies took over we thought it would be great having been to other dobbies including Inverness which is outstanding... not so.The toilets were not very clean and no soap in the dispenser.I feel mean writing this but unfortunately all true.

I chose a cheddar and tomato toastie from a very limited menu for my lunch here today. Toasties are generally finished in a toastie machine, mine was 2 pieces of toast! Unfortunately although there was a little dribble of cheese along a crust I was unable to taste or see cheese in the said toastie and ‘ enjoyed’ just a little thinly sliced piece of tomato. Was it worth £7.49 for 2 pieces of toast and a hint of cheese and tomato….definitely not!!!!
Great shopping and lots to do for the children. Try the miniature steam train by the car park.

Never been to this Dobbies before and I definitely won't be back, I was informed that the coffee would be in paper cups which wasn't a big deal but then the full English breakfast was presented on a paper plate and the place was freezing.

Ok for buying seeds but everything else is overpriced
