Had Papa John's years ago and fell in love with it, had it again and maybe it's just this store maybe it's all but it just wasn't nice at all also absolutely gutting they've stopped the tomato dipping

Really bad bad service, received a freezing cold pizza and the wrong sides , delivery took ages so no wonder it was cold when received, rang to tell them and was told " we are busy " and put the phone down on me. Have since messaged via social media and was told someone would answer me in 10 days ,I've had nothing back , will never use again just really really bad service. Got pizza from dominoes on Sunday was piping hot and lovely and the same price .... do not use this place they are shocking !!!

Ridiculously overpriced pizza. Says feeds 5 people if I paid extra which I did. The final medium stuffed pizza cost £28 and fed 4. Also ordered steak sandwich for £7.95. Hardly any steak/beef. Rip off. Stay well

I tried Papa Johns for the first time on Thursday. They had a lunch deal, just £2.99 for a personal pizza. Myself and a work colleague ordered one.The website took my money and order was processing, but never went to the 'in the oven' stage.1 hour after I ordered (had called a lot and no answer), I decided to drove over.When I got there, the guy in store explained there was some sort of issue opening up and he had been called in to cover.He couldn't find my order but after showing him the confirmations I had, he started working on the pizza.He actually made me a small pizza instead of a personal to apologise.The pizza was OK, not dominoes quality, but if you don't want to remortgage your house they seem to be an affordable option.Not the greatest first experience though overall.
Today October 14, 2023 I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza with the drizzle on top and barbecue sauce, and it came completely with no barbecue sauce on the bottom so it was a dam dry pizza. I called and they gave me a lame excuse no refund or replacement pizza. I spent over £50 on 2 pizzas. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I love d pizza dough..I love the cheese . Overall taste is delicious. I love the garlic cream dip. How ever, I do not like the gamey smell from the chicken on it...I picked mine out before I could eat more. Overall,a delicious tasty pizza

They said on app that the food had arrived but it hadn’t. Had to phone them to find out if they had delivered to wrong house. They said it was a fault on the app? Came ten minutes later not very warm.

Unfortunately this was my 4th or 5th time ordering here, and the penultimate order wasn't the best, but thisnladt order I got today was beyond the pale! I don't mind spending £30 on pizza which we know is the simplest of ingredients, but when your going to charge me £30 there is absolutely no excuse to be this tight with toppings, I've never seen anything like it! Some slices don't have any toppings on at all. The ones that do, have one or two pieces of toppings but nothing that would actually affect the flavour to any degree! Really disappointed and won't order again.

Awful place!! Awful customer service! I placed an order at 19:00 on Sunday 21st May. At 19:47 I received a call from them to say they are cancelling my order as I am out of range! Then why is the website letting me order then?! Not my problem. The manager said she could get it delivered to me at 21:00 which I accept. The pizzas came to be at 20:30 and they were burnt and rock hard! My 5 year old son couldn't bite through it after we all just got back from a long holiday. I am taking this to head office with pictures after they said they'd refund me but they haven't. Absolute disgrace!!
