Didn't get that far! not ordered from here for delivery. Found an offer but when I added ' create your own just ham and sweetcorn it came out as £23!! Yet another was £10 in the offer, I rang up but sorry I could not understand what the man was saying, I finally understood and then said we have 1 delivery driver , then couldn't understand if he said 30 mins or 1 hour 30mins, I gave up and ordered dominos in 2 seconds, sad as want to support the franchise in Alkrington. When collected pizzas always the best .

Think the guy called mario not sure if he is the manager but he needs to smile more very miserable looking and respect his staff 1st time here wont be coming

This afternoon, I ordered a pizza for a family gathering, specifically requesting extra mushrooms. However, upon delivery, it arrived without the mushrooms. After a brief discussion with the manager, they promptly returned with a new pizza. I'm incredibly impressed by the service provided. Thank you!

Ordered food at 23.30 a couple of weeks ago it arrived at 11.30 the following day. The driver returned the order as it was 12 hours late. I called Papa John's & having explained the problem, they were not very helpful at all. They said they would get their manager to call me back, that was over 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting. Poor service. Refund please!!!!

I wouldn't normally leave reviews but papa johns middleton staff deserve one, great customer service and great food. Thanks to the management too there brilliant keep things running smoothly.

Ordered at 1850, pizza was ready and done at 1900 but not sent out for delivery until 1930, eventually arrived at 1945 and was rubbery and cold, went straight in the bin. Really disappointed as it’s usually far better.

Ordered using the app which previously I had no problems with until this order. The app kept changing my order or said the deal I selected wasn’t valid. The store contacted me about my order and were great with giving me the base I actually wanted. The delivery driver was apologetic for the delay in getting my order to me and about the app. For me this is great customer service keeping the customer informed.Plus I like Papa John’s pizzas anyway.

Ordered online was ready when I got there. Pizzas was OK dint rate the American creamy garlic base. Would probably try again not sure it's worth the prices tho.
