Be very wary at the amazon lockers. Someone is using the space opposite to dump 8 toyota cars, all of the same model. It looks like a motor trader is using the space, as the cars have been there for months on end, and new ones keep appearing all the time. I have informed Shell that it is an accident waiting to happen. Totally selfish. Please report this as otherwise the place will become unusable. Maybe I should inform Amazon lockers next. I won't be buying my petrol or food from there until this is resolved

The attitude out of the woman that works in this petrol station is disgusting. Three times now she has been beyond rude. Don’t waste your time here, it’s over priced and the staff are disrespectful at best.

Local petrol station! The staff are really friendly here, and they always try and strike up a conversation with me!

Does anything work in this station. Apart from being one of the more expensive stations the extras they are supposed to have never work eg. The pay at pump, vacuum cleaner and car wash. They don't even put signs up to say stuff not working and then when u have queued up, because they are slow at serving they don't even offer an apology. You can get fuel though!!!

Generally one of the more expensive petrol stations in the area. Asda is always less expensive. Shell charge more because it's the last petrol station before the motorway.

The Shop was closed and the pay at pump was not working so i had to pay at the Night Payment section. The man asked me for my card to put into the reader, but the card reader that goes through the draw was not working. So he had to use the one at the till, which does not reach me. He asked me something then gave me a receipt and i thought he asked for my signature as i was unable to use the pin pad. However he actually wanted my PIN number to put into the pad. I was reserved at first, but decided to trust him on this. He was talking on the phone at the same time as putting my pin into the device and took around 5- 10 minutes to do it. In the end he told me that it was not accepting the card. So i said i'd go to the cash machine round the corner that i had noticed people coming from. But when it came to putting my pin into the cash machine it did not accept it and locked my card. So i was not unable to pay at all. I told him that my pin now didn't work so i would be unable to pay with anything because of this. I am willing to do whatever is needed to be done to pay, but obviously i would like to be informed of what would be happening and what the procedure was. He then told me that he wanted my Phone and Driving licence, but he refused to tell me what for, so i refused. He then told me that if i gave him my phone that he would give me his number. When he said this, as i said i am willing to do what needs to be done to pay for the petrol. However i only realised after he took it that it does not make sense that he would need my phone to do this. So now that he had my phone he told me that he would need my Licence as well and then they would hold onto them till i was able to come in and pay. Now as i am with Natwest bank, i know that they have a 24 hour emergency contact number to ring, so i wanted to ring them to see if i could unblock my card. So i asked for my phone so i could do this, i explained what i was going to do, but he refused to give me my phone back and was withholding it against my will. I eventually said that if i give my car keys to him for my phone, so that i could ring them, would this be okay. We did this, but unfortunately i was unable to unblock it on the phone and would have to visit a Natwest bank. I then had to give him my phone so that i could then get my keys back, drive to the bank and unblock my card. This did not work out unfortunately and i was forced to drive back, hand him my phone and licence and then come back the next morning having been able to acquire money from another account. I had asked for his name, but for some reason he needed to look at his phone to spell it out for me. Very bad service, no communication and treat you like you're a criminal. Will never go to a Shell garage again if this is the service to expect.
