Firstly the waitress was excellent sadly the kitchen was perthetic, family of 5 birthday celebration 6pm. Sesame chicken strips cold, new York strip 27 pound tiny wouldn't fill a 12 year old, I go boathouse sale water park, 17.50 gets you a superb piece of ribeye 10oz far far better taste and serves hot.. Sweets were well overpriced as were drinks absolutely extortionate prices... I've been going here since the 90s and slowly watched quality go down hill, menu choice is zero 10 quid for potatoes skins, 6.50 a pint, give these ping and ding overpriced dumps a miss, KFCor nando, or Miller Carter for a steak far better value

Huge delays, the restaurant was freezing. Food cold and yet over cooked. For the price you expect better. Isn't the first bad meal here . Staff stood about chatting so wasn't busy and they seemed to concentrate on deliveries rather than customers in the restaurant .very dissatisfied, especially when it used to be amazing.

First time going to TGIs for xmas holiday family meal. Delicious food and excellent friendly service. Special thanks to Racheal, she was great with the kids.

Absolutely disgusting food and service like Houdini! "Hi, I'll be your waitress," and puff disappeared until it was time for the bill! Food is ridiculously overpriced! Steaks are sirloin and literally come with what looked like aldi fries and half a tomato. £30 plus and not even fillet. Very tired and boring presentation of an overpriced dish. The place is run like the old fun factory back in the early 2000's manager was useless and was never to be seen? Service is non-existent. 45 minutes waiting for food, which was slapped on a table by a waitress with a face like she had just lost the will to live It's definitely our last time in this place, and I made sure our friends and family know the experience we had to endure. To start, We were seated with ripped chairs. Cutlery missed off the table, which was located what felt like the Arctic circle, right in a corner where there was a draft and a heater placed on the floor on top of xmas paper and xmas paper covering the windows because of the draft. Boxes on the floor like someone had just moved house. A bin was placed next to a service desk where we were sat, and it was full, and the stench was disgusting! Litter on the floors and watching the waitresses just ignore it or kick it. I'd hate to see what state the working kitchens are in! This will be posted on my social media accounts for all to view the images of the health and safety violations. If there was a risk assessment audit. I'm sure it would raise concerns. Very overpriced facility that, to me, has had its day. My son is 21 now and has been going since he was a young child. Needs a major overhaul!!! More fantastic restraunts at reasonable prices in the area.
