Every time we ring order in they have someone answering phone who doesnt speak very good english and who doesnt listen to what we order and talks over us. It never used to be like that but recently is very bad and the food leaves a lot to be desired. Dont think will go back to them

Absaloutley disgusting, left half the order out ,the chicken was like chewing a brick,and when he arrived with the missing food he said dont order again ,his attitude was as disgusting as the food

Looked really nice.... Downhill from there. Needed a full can of coke just to down a chicken drumstick. Dry, hard stale tasting chicken. Really not nice at all. At least the bin had a full tummy. Never going again

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered off JustEat, said my order had arrived - it hadn't! I then try to ring them - 165 times and still no answer! I order well over an hour ago! My 2 year was crying because she's hungry! Won't be ordering from here again. Bad service, I will be getting my money back! What a waste.
absolutely awful. ordered the full monty, chicken burger, popcorn chicken, nuggets and chips and all were horrendous. nuggets were stale, popcorn chicken was grey and squishy and the burger was just pure slimey and wet. the chips were undercooked and i didn’t even get my sauce. everything was slimey and disgusting. i’m sure i have food poisoning now as 30 min after eating some of it i feel violently unwell and nauseas. tried to ring and complain, asked for a refund and was met with the most rude man, my partner was calm and collected and asked for our money back and was told my reasoning was “not worthy of a refund”. NEVER eat here.

Order was late so like any paying customer i phoned to ask if my order was on its way after working a very long shift (NHS) to be spoken to by a very rude man and bascially calling me a lier as it was the 2nd call i made to ask where the order was for him to say i didnt call in the first place then slammed the phone down on me. Us hard working common folk that keeps your business going would like a little bit of gratuitude and manners when making an enquiry . Yes its a very hard time for all of us and we appreciate you still making delivery's. But a bit of advice learn some manners as its free. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a burger and nuggets, chicken was clearly days old. Grey and slimy all the way through, even the box was wet through with grease and slime. Would not order again.

Ordered chicken and chips, was absolutely horrendous. Chicken was definitely cooked 3 days prior and was burnt to a crisp, it seemed as if the chicken was playing tug of war with my teeth, almost lost my front 2 teeth. Completely inedible, the only edible part of the meal was the Pepsi that came with it. Barely managed to ingest one bite and nearly choked doing so, waste of money, order elsewhere unless you want to experience severe pain from their terrible food. My child almost choked trying to eat the charcoal which they name “chicken.” Ended up ordering from elsewhere just so my son doesn’t cry himself to sleep, if you want good food please avoid this place. Complete waste of money and time
