I recently tried the fried chicken at Krunchy chicken, and it exceeded my expectations! The crispy coating was perfectly seasoned, and the chicken inside was juicy and flavorful. The service was prompt and friendly, making it a delightful take-out experience. I'll definitely be coming back for more! Kamran is an extremely polite, friendly, and a dedicated individual. Restaurant was very nice and clean, the staff were very efficient and welcoming which highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. My family and I had a wonderful and positive experience.

Hate giving bad reviews, but last night's meal was just awful! Ordered the family meal... the eight pieces of chicken had obviously been cut up from 4 portions... and was just so dry...the chips were obviously refried from yesterday! Should have had gravy and beans, but we got coleslaw that was bitter! Sorry guys, your customer service is brilliant... but the food is awful.

Me and my sister are now suffering with food poisoning from this place. I’ve also seen other reviews of there uncooked chicken. Not to say I have a newborn and now suffering badly with an illness whilst trying to care for my child all because they can’t be bothered to follow correct food regulations and cook the chicken properly. Avoid at all costs I will be seeking legal advice!
