Tried to order Chicken Tikka and Donner with Chips only to be told NO it is with Pitta or Nan. Said he could do Donner and Chips or Chicken Tikka and Chips. I tried Donner and Chips then said put some Chicken Tikka on that only to be told he couldn't it's either Pitta or Nan. I gave up and had on Pitta with portion of Chips and they came in a bag so couldn't empty Pitta on to tray as I was expecting.Wouldn't visit again even though the food was surprisingly decent just not really what I wanted as that was too much trouble.

badly run dreadful went monday shut, tried again today was my sons birthday yesterday so has i promised him a biriyani reluctently agreed to go again today even phoned them to make sure they would be opening the guy said i will phone you back in a min didnt take my number put phone down on me so i knew where that was going no phone call and yet again shut when suppose to be open, a local told me they are always not opening and shutting early

You need to get your website closed down so people don't place orders. Wait 1 and a half hours. Ring to find out where food is to be told your website is no longer being used. Now waiting 2 working days for a refund after having to ring an sort it myself. Not happy boys. Not happy.

Absolute banging scran from the kebab to the pizza everything was on point and the masala sauce full of flavor, would definitely recommend

This used to be brilliant but has gone seriously downhill in the last year or so. In that time I don't think I've had one order that was 100% right, first of all it was just little things like no salad on kebabs, missing a drink, incorrect number of chicken pieces. A fortnight ago two of us ordered food from there ahead of a long journey and one of the dishes was completely incorrect. Obviously it was replaced but it delayed the journey and tbh you should get people's orders right first time. All we got by way of an "apology" was a couple of poppadoms. Will be going elsewhere until we hear of SERIOUS improvement in customer service skills.
