Best battered sausage I’ve ever had & trust me I’ve had a few! It was so good we had to go back again. The ladies in there were lovely & to whoever keeps prank calling them, grow up who pranks a chippy!!

I've used this chippy In the past and it was OK, the last time I used it I got a fish Dinner it Was awful but I give it the Benefit of the Doubt and tried it again this time the chicken ball was all thick soggy Batter and a bit of chicken lukewarm and tasted crap also got salt n pepper chips again awful chips was hard also just warm it cost me £15 with the drivers tip and the lot went In the Bin cheers village chippy for nothing . Avoid this place people now I know why they only accept cash .

Ordered food like we have for years from them. Tonight the food had black hairs in it phoned them to be given attitude rude on the phone hung up on shocking service for a customer who has been using them for years ?
Used village chippy for years never had a problem but tonight had a huge black hair in food when I phoned to complain had a very bad attitude put me off won’t be using again

Waited again over an hour for food to be delivered, delivery driver sat out side the house for more than five minutes and was not interested about the wait, food is expensive plus the £2 delivery charge and to be honest the food was not very good.Don't mind paying for good fish and chips but will not use again.

FABULOUS! Best Chippy for Chinese food! Absolutely love it the salt and pepper starter is massive the food overflows the packaging it’s enormous such great value for money and really good food! Never had an issue and been going here for 3 years now won’t go anywhere else for Chinese food ?
