Not good customer experience again this afternoon. The Lady running self scan was too busy chatting to what appeared to be friends , and wasn't awhere what was going on around her as she had her back to us and didn't know we were waiting for assistance, had to go to her to ask for help .. This just sums up how bad it can be .. Maybe it's best to give this store a miss ..

Don't shop here normally and it's difficult to find things in a strange store. It felt run down and grubby.

I have to go here very often as it is so close to my home, but it is nearly always a very frustrating experience. I actually dont know where to begin. Its small, so getting certain things is impossible or difficult. Jalapeno peppers for example. They dont have fresh ones, so you have to get the jar of old el paso ones, but they're usually sold out because the managers dont order enough...The staff at the fresh pizza counter are often miserable as hell, and will usually refuse to make you a fresh pizza if the one you want isnt on display. If they do make it fresh for you, they will act like you have inconvenienced them by asking and they just seem moody in general..... Selling out of things too quickly is a major problem at this place. Some evenings I cant even buy any brown bread or a tub of dairylea..... There is only ever 1 or 2 tills available, while about 4 staff members stand by the self service machines gawping at the customers they could be serving at tills. ..... A 4 pack of budweiser bottles increased from £3 to £4 then £4.75 within the space of a week....One cashier i spoke to recently has to sit there with a coat and gloves on because management are too tight to put the heating on. It's just a terrible supermarket. It's too small for how busy it is. It just seems badly managed in general and I'm going to start getting all my shopping delivered by Tesco just so I can avoid having to endure this frustrating little stress pit.

I go here every week. Amazingly low prices but still provides good quality. According to friends and family, there are pathetic drivers in the car park though, so I prefer walking. The pizza is cooked for less than a pound extra and tastes good.

A good range of produce can be found here. There is a Gluten Free section as well. A large car park is for use by customers. There are no toilet facilities here (there used to be). Once you could buy coffee and cake there to rest, but that to has gone sadly. Not a bad supermarket but not the best.

Small store with some limitations on stock but a good local supermarket where you will find most everyday items. There is plenty of free parking for up to 2 hours, but the car park can get full during peak times.

Absolutely disgraceful prices. Worst shop layout I have ever seen. Would be easier finding an ice latte in hell than doing your weekly shop here.
Just been and bought a 'cooked' rotisserie chicken. got it home started shredding it to make some sandwiches only to find that the chicken is still pink in the middle and not fully cooked. Gonna have to throw it away now as it is inedible.

This shop is a joke. Full of fake pounds, two pounds and fake fiver pound notes. Avoid the tobacco/lottery counter because they hand them out like toffees. Never accept a £2 coin from there. Some scam going on

I would struggle to do a full shop here but good for the odd item you may forget or run out of. A pity they allow beggers to sit outside the entrance. When I complained instore about this I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Since found out they can. Let's Marple down.
