The older member of staff has a right attitude , speaks abruptly to you, looks very grumpy and throws your order to you down on the counter. As I've got older the actual shopping experience means more and more to me and she makes it an unpleasant one. The younger staff are nicer.

Should be allowed to put no stars. I was starving and the only thing close by was nasty Greg's. The sausage rolls weren't done properly at all. Also who wants to eat cold beans in a pasty. Why do they have a hot counter when EVERYTHING is cold. All Greg's need shutting down as they are nasty also over priced for what you get. Wouldn't feed it my dog,

Sadly no matter how many chances I’ve given to Greggs in Stockport, they consistently let me down, the last 2 weeks each time I’ve gone for a lunch time snack it’s ALWAYS coldPasties, rolls and pizzas… not a lick of heat present in any of themToday I asked for another pasty in exchange for the one given to me as yet again it was cold, the server simply said ‘they’re always all like that’, you need to rethink your business practices if this is the case… rather than argue at this point for hot food, it’s just easier to never come back and try my luck at other establishmentsIn the past the customer service has been the only saving grace of this place, it’s a shame the food isn’t as warm as the welcome…

Amazing place with very good food especially if you are in a hurry. Staff are so nice and always serve with a smile in their face especially the managers who go above and beyond. Can recommend with all my heart ❤️.

Went for the festive bake which was good. It was a very busy Greggs with a long queue. Staffs were generally friendly and efficient.
