Called in for tea after leaving the Airport, Standard chain pub / food - you know what you're getting and can't really go wrong. Service was good.

Hot water for tea not ready at 7.10 when they open for breakfast at 7 - people not happy. Food quality pretty mediocre at

Food was ok slightly overpriced for what you get however this is to be expected for somewhere attached to a premier inn that is quite close to the airport! The front of house staff is what makes this place great, called as staying at the attached hotel for a bite to eat, was greeted by a friendly team seated immediately and drinks ordered within minutes. Our waitress Cathy was fantastic, really friendly and outgoing as she took time to get to know her customers! Thank you for a great visit!

Food was good for a chain but not the Corn on the Cob, soggy and tasteless.Guy on the bar was a credit, easy to talk too and we all actually had a laugh with him, booked a table for 12 of us but only 8 came so they let us switch tables. Will go again even if it's just to have a laugh with the bar man, he gets 10 out of 10

All you can eat breakfast for £9.99. Great value. Waited for 5 minutes to be seated even though staff looked straight at us. After being seated we were told continental breakfast was help yourself. Pancakes, crumpets, toast was really good. After ordering for our hot breakfast it after 10 minutes or so. Bacon was over cooked for me, poached egg was nice.

This review is about the food really, the atmosphere, music and lighting was reasonably well. But the food was terrible…. Whoever run that kitchen could not have been a chef of any sort. We ordered starters and mains between the three of us and every single dish had issues warrants it being sent back (we didn’t send anything back!) they were cooked badly we didn’t feel there’s point attempting the conversation ! Medium-rare steak was cooked well done - very well done all the way through, the fries were cold, not lukewarm, COLD, even chunky chips you typically order at any other random food place and only get to eat them after you finish your main because the inside of them is hotter than the sun… yep this type, were cold..inside. Despite this, I wouldn’t give bad review just because the chips are cold or the steak isn’t cooked to perfection. At the end, We are not at an eatery that sells chips and steak as their flagship dishes right! Anyhow here comes the fun stuff, the chicken wings were drumsticks to start with, not wings! the layer of ‘special coating’ was too thick and too oily with distinct flavour of old, over-used oil , the chicken itself when you get to it wasn’t nice, maybe it was frozen for 6 months or something it just tasted yucky! we actually did send the chicken back as it was brought to us as a starter and we had ordered it as a main… they kindly put it on the side then whacked it in the microwave when it’s time to bring it back to us. the prawn skewers was well presented great in fairness, but it needed salt, lemon and maybe garlic or any marinate of any sort could have helped! The dish all together had 4 king prawns which was not enough for a main meal in my opinion but even though if it had been fresh prawns, or had some flavour to it we would have been ok with it. The salads had no dressing at all, just chopped vegetables, literally. Maybe a drizzle of anything would have made a difference. None! Even the Salsa next to the Nachos was just chopped red pepper and onion, maybe there were a tomato in there somewhere I couldn’t tell, the guacamole seems to have had the honour of the chef’s attention and creativity though, it had too many unknowns to it, an odd combinations of herbs and spices that it made it taste nothing like guacamole, or avocado, or anything to that matter. All in all, worst dinner experience I had in my life. 6 hours on, no one is sick yet but the sheer thought of that food makes me heave.

Excellent value if you've got an early flight out of Manchester Airport. We ate at the Beefeater, which was easiest. But there's a Wetherspoon 10 minute walk down the road if you prefer..
