Excellent service, very fast, everywhere nice and clean. I'm guessing this is out of the managers control given the cost of heating - the air con was set on cold, this made us and our food go cold which was a shame. We left early and reheated our food at home. We will return to eat inside in the summer and would highly reccommend this branch.

Pretty vile to be honest. OK it was getting busier as we left but it was quiet when we arrived and these bins had obviously been full for longer than the time we were there. The lady who served us was really nice but they just don't seem to prioritise cleaning as we also had to wipe down the chairs and table ourselves. My son (who loves kfc and never leaves any of it) couldn't even finish his as it was too over done. Won't be going back here if I can help it.Parking: You do have to pay for parking but it's only £1 for 2 hours

This is the best KFC in Greater Manchester. For some reason, everything is always hotter, nicer and fresher compare to other KFC. Why? They should tell the other ones!

Stopped selling the Christmas burger on the 21st of December asked why shrugged his shoulders and walks away. The whole retail park absolutely rammed kfc dead…..says it all about this place hazel grove is the best one in my opinion worth driving a little bit further wouldn’t bother.
