Had a real jobsworth of a security guard quiz me for wanting to take the basket to the boot to unload my shopping rather than buy a bag (I obviously then take the basket back empty in to the store). The till staff were fine with it then I got spoken to like a criminal for wanting to carry my 6 items to the boot. Really rude and really off-putting.

Prices sky high whilst quality and variety have seriously decreased in morrisons the past 20 years. They use have such great variety about 24 years ago, especially on their own brand store stif.. This store has a cosy layout. But some security guards stare you out and it has some lazy obnoxious or belittling jobsworth staff. But also some really friendly ones. It's split 50/50 on. Accessible clean toilets and cafe. Cosy atmosphere

If you choose not to purchase something, they accuse you of theft and make you empty your rucksack in front of the other customers. Really embarrassing.

Just called in because I was passing couldn't believe how quiet it was compared to my usual asda, some goods were cheaper but I noticed most were more expensive

Generic supermarket with a recognisable identity. Always a good supply of shopping trollies & baskets available. Generally plenty of choice. Staff here pleasant helpful.Meal deal generally includes Gluten Free items. Today I got a self serve salad with falafel & boiled egg (but could have had a GF cheese & tomato sandwich), a free from pack of 2 mini Bakewell tarts, and Kombucha, meal deal £4 (£3.50 with more card)Feb 2024 updateOften a GF chicken salad sandwich is available too, but usually there are only 2 packs of GF sandwiches put out each day so mid morning is often the best time of day to get one. 'Not many people want them'. The little GF Bakewell tarts are back now :)
